Chapter 76: Chapter 76: Otsutsuki VS Otsutsuki
Chapter 76: Ōtsutsuki vs. Ōtsutsuki
"Uncle, where did you go yesterday?" Naruto shouted, confronting Sasuke.
Having not seen Sasuke all day, Naruto had dragged Boruto to find him early in the morning.
"I was in the village the whole time," Sasuke replied flatly.
"Then I should have seen you!" Naruto pressed, frustrated with Sasuke's evasive tone. "My job is to monitor you!"
"Well, sorry." Sasuke's indifferent apology left Naruto speechless.
To avoid dwelling on the annoyance, Naruto changed the subject. "Speaking of which, where did the pervy Sage go? He promised to train me today!"
As Naruto grumbled about Jiraiya, Sasuke, who had been calm up until now, suddenly looked to the sky with sharp vigilance.
A familiar voice interrupted from above. "I didn't expect my plans to be disrupted like this."
Startled, Boruto and Naruto turned to see the source. Hovering above them was a man with blue and white hair tied into a high ponytail, pale skin, white eyes, and a red fishing rod in hand.
"Let me eliminate those who keep interfering," Urashiki Ōtsutsuki declared, glaring at Sasuke and Boruto, clearly targeting them while also eyeing Naruto's Nine-Tails chakra.
Naruto, observing the stranger for the first time, noticed similarities to Kirito. Though their builds were different, the pale skin, white hair, white eyes, and odd horns were strikingly familiar.
"Who is this guy? He kind of looks like Kirito," Naruto asked curiously, noticing Boruto and Sasuke's tense reactions.
"Urashiki Ōtsutsuki," Sasuke answered grimly, keeping his guard up. "He's the threat I mentioned before, the one we encountered on our travels."
"So it's him..." Naruto muttered, uneasy. He could sense something unsettling from Urashiki's chakra.
From above, Urashiki smirked as he addressed Naruto directly. "Finally found you, Uzumaki Naruto."
"You know me?" Naruto asked.
"Of course, you're quite famous," Urashiki sneered, his red fishing rod glowing as he swung it. A crimson fishing line shot toward Naruto at an unexpected angle.
Seeing Naruto frozen in shock, Boruto reacted quickly, shoving him out of harm's way. The fishing hook slammed into the ground, creating a large crater.
Sasuke moved instantly, drawing his sword and rushing toward Urashiki, who dodged effortlessly. Boruto shouted at Naruto, "Get moving, Naruto!"
"Too slow!" Urashiki taunted as he launched another attack. This time, the fishing hook struck Naruto's chest before he could react.
"I'll take that," Urashiki declared, reeling back the line—but his confidence wavered when the hook came back empty. "What? How is this possible?"
Urashiki's fishing rod was designed to extract chakra, often leaving its victims unconscious and weak. Yet Naruto's immense Nine-Tails chakra remained untouched.
"Damn it! I don't know what trick you pulled, but I won't forgive you for this!" Naruto shouted, angered by the sudden attack. He pulled out a kunai and charged toward Urashiki, ignoring Boruto and Sasuke's warnings.
"If that's how it is, I'll change tactics," Urashiki said, binding Naruto with the fishing line before he could get close. Struggling furiously, Naruto was unable to free himself.
Sasuke seized the opportunity to strike, appearing behind Urashiki with his blade. But Urashiki turned into a cluster of red paper cranes, evading the blow. He reformed in the sky, smirking. "You're still so slow."
Just then, a silver-haired figure streaked across the sky like a meteor, slamming into Urashiki's back with a powerful kick that sent him crashing to the ground.
"Who's there?!" Urashiki demanded, but he was cut off as a second attack followed. An ankle enveloped in lava came crashing down toward him. Panicked, Urashiki activated his Yomotsu Hirasaka, rewinding time to escape the devastating blow.
"Persistent, aren't you?" Urashiki snarled as the mysterious figure—a silver-haired man with white eyes and horns—closed in once more, moving like a comet.
"Why are you helping these mortals, fellow clansman?" Urashiki demanded as he prepared for battle. With a flick of his wrist, he tossed Naruto aside and readied his fishing rod.
The two engaged in a fierce exchange. Urashiki's fishing rod bent under the force of the newcomer's blows. Lava erupted from the silver-haired man's arm, searing Urashiki's chest and forcing him to retreat in desperation.
"Who is he?" Urashiki wondered, stunned. Unlike hybrid Ōtsutsuki he'd seen before, this one was pure and powerful—a true Ōtsutsuki.
Naruto, freed from the fishing line, ran to his savior. "Thank you, Kirito!"
"You're welcome," Kirito replied, his gaze fixed on Urashiki.
Urashiki grimaced, realizing he was outmatched. "Why do you align with these mortals, fellow clansman? If they're your prey, I'll gladly step aside."
Urashiki attempted to negotiate, hoping to avoid further conflict. But Kirito wasn't swayed. His body glowed with a silver aura as he prepared for another attack.
Urashiki tightened his grip on his fishing rod, knowing he would need all his strength to survive. The battle between Ōtsutsuki had only just begun.
