Naruto: The Resurrection of the Senju clan

Chapter 17: My Eyes Have Already Seen Your Future

"I seem to be pregnant…" Yakushi Nono explained weakly.

"What?! You're pregnant!" Uzumaki Kushina suddenly stood up, her excitement palpable.

"Yes." Nono nodded affirmatively, her confidence bolstered by her expertise in medical ninjutsu.

"That's fantastic news!" Kushina clapped her hands, her joy evident. The first child of the revived Senju clan would soon be born.

"Takuya, I'm sorry," Nono said softly, looking down. "I won't be able to accompany you in training for a while."

"It's okay," Takuya reassured her with a gentle smile. "From now on, your priority is to rest and take care of yourself and the baby."

Nono's face lit up with a radiant smile. She had always loved children, and now she was going to have one of her own.

---

In Konoha Village, Uzumaki Kushina walked alongside Nono, both of them chatting animatedly. Trailing behind them were four or five servants, each burdened with numerous bags filled with expensive supplements and other precious items.

"Sister Kushina, I'm only a few weeks pregnant. Isn't this a bit much?" Nono said with a wry smile. "We don't need to buy so many things. It feels like a waste."

"Nonsense!" Kushina said sternly. "You're carrying the future of the Senju clan. We can't be too careful. This is directly related to our mission to revive the clan."

Nono sighed but nodded, understanding Kushina's concern. They continued shopping, buying clothes, supplements, and jewelry until the servants could no longer carry any more items. Finally, they returned home.

As Kushina and Nono left, villagers watched with envy.

"Did you see how much they bought? It must have cost at least ten million ryo!"

"Being the wife of the Senju patriarch certainly has its perks. It's like living in a different world."

"Yakushi Nono was just a regular ninja, and now she's living like a queen. I'm so jealous!"

"I want to be a wealthy wife too! I want to buy, buy, buy!"

"I'm going to submit my information to the Senju clan again. Maybe I'll be next!"

"I'll go too!"

Within moments, a throng of women headed towards the Senju compound, eager to seize the opportunity to join the prestigious clan. The Senju family's threshold was nearly worn down by the influx of hopeful candidates.

---

Meanwhile, Takuya Senju made his way to the Uchiha clan's compound.

Uchiha Chishima looked at Takuya in surprise. "Patriarch Takuya, what brings you here today?"

Takuya settled opposite Kurishima, taking a sip of tea. "Chishima-san, I'm sure you've heard about the recent activities of the Senju clan?"

"You mean your wife selection plan?" Kurishima responded with a smirk.

"Yes," Takuya replied calmly. "I'm here to discuss a potential marriage alliance."

Chishima's expression shifted to one of surprise and skepticism. "A marriage alliance? Between the Uchiha and Senju clans?"

"Indeed," Takuya said. "While our clans have had their differences, there is a bigger picture to consider."

Chishima leaned back, folding his arms. "And what would that be?"

"The survival and strength of our clans," Takuya replied. "With the Senju clan's decline, the Uchiha clan has become more isolated. You must have noticed the growing hostility from the village's leadership."

Chishima's eyes narrowed. "What are you suggesting?"

"Simply put, our clans need each other," Takuya explained. "By forming an alliance, we can protect our interests and ensure our survival. The village's leadership won't dare to challenge a united front."

Chishima was silent for a moment, considering Takuya's words. "You believe an alliance could change our fortunes?"

"I do," Takuya said firmly. "The Senju and Uchiha clans together could be an unstoppable force. We would be stronger politically and militarily."

Chishima sighed, rubbing his temples. "The idea of a marriage alliance is… unconventional, given our history. But I see your point. The Uchiha clan has been increasingly marginalized."

Takuya nodded. "I understand your hesitation, but think of the future. Our children could grow up in a more stable environment. Our clans could thrive together."

Chishima looked at Takuya, seeing the determination in his eyes. "Very well, Takuya. Let's discuss the terms."

---

Back in the Senju compound, Kushina and Nono were enjoying tea in the garden.

"Kushina, do you think Takuya will succeed with the Uchiha?" Nono asked, her voice tinged with concern.

"I believe he will," Kushina replied confidently. "Takuya has a way of convincing people. He's determined to revive our clan and protect its future."

Nono smiled, reassured by Kushina's confidence. "I hope so. I want our child to grow up in a strong, united clan."

Kushina reached out, holding Nono's hand. "We'll make sure of it. Together, we'll ensure our children have a bright future."

As the sun set over Konoha, the Senju clan continued to plan for a future filled with hope and promise. Takuya's efforts to forge alliances and strengthen their family bonds were just the beginning of a new era for the Senju and Uchiha clans.
