This was Sasuke's new vision for a Lightning Release jutsu one that could seamlessly adapt to close, mid, and long-range combat situations.

This Lightning Release technique also grants a brief stimulation to the cells in the affected body part when lightning is channeled through it.

It can enhance either speed or strength.

Of course, the primary boost is to speed, as a C-rank jutsu cannot achieve perfection in increasing physical strength.

The power of the released Lightning Release jutsu depends on the user's chakra reserves.

The greater the chakra, the more astonishing the power.

However, it is still no match for the power of Lightning Release: Lightning Speed.

When transferred to his legs, it provided a brief speed boost, akin to a weaker version of the Body Flicker Technique.

While this technique wasn't overly powerful and offered only limited support to Sasuke in close, mid, or long-range combat, its potential could be increased by outputting more chakra.

However, relatively speaking, using 100 chakra points to enhance this technique's power might not be as efficient as using the same amount for another jutsu.

Ultimately, the decision of when and how to use it would depend on the battle situation.

This technique's effect felt like a weaker version of the Rumble-Rumble Fruit abilities, minus the power of elemental transformation.
