My Wife Is A Secret Assassin

It was not a small thing. If the information that Excalibur had was actually exposed out to the public and even worse, if the information reached the mafia world, then all the assassins would have been killed at some or the other point of time.

They and Italian mafia are always at loggerheads as they got many missions to kill some men in Italian mafia who were in high positions. So, they were one of the groups, they always had to be careful about.

Chance could imagine the stress his father might have gone through. He kept kicking and punching Excalibur while all these thoughts were going on in his mind.

Excalibur was already weak and not physically trained as for the last few years he was not in the field and didn't maintain himself well.

Chance was already aware of it, as he himself observed in Miami. Taking advantage of it, Chance beat him up even harsher than he intended to.

"Why… why are you… beating me?" Excalibur was totally confused at this scenario and managed to ask him why he was being beaten up.

Chance grabbed his collar and looked at Excalibur, "Let me tell you something before I kill you…"

"Kill me? Why would you kill me?" There was fear in Excalibur's eyes as he didn't expect things to escalate this fast.

"To protect my wife" Chance informed him but Excalibur was now even more confused.

"I don't want to kill your wife; I want to kill The Exterminator. He is a man" Excalibur tried to explain himself desperately as he believed there was some confusion here.

"I know, The Exterminator is my father-in-law" Chance calmly revealed shocking Excalibur.

Seeing the surprise on his face, Chance coldly smiled in satisfaction.

For a few moments, Excalibur was not able to say anything as he still tried to process this information.

After a while, Excalibur spoke up, "You must have been mistaken. Exterminator have no children" 

Excalibur researched a lot on The Exterminator's family and found out he and his wife Sarah, never had any children as she was suffering from a medical condition which prevented her from bearing children. 

That was why the couple decided to never have any children and be enough for one another, until Samantha unexpectedly entered their lives, brightening Sarah's mood as she always craved for children. But Excalibur was unaware of it.

"You are mistaken, he has a daughter and she too is an assassin." Chance calmly informed him confusing Excalibur.

"And you know what her Assassin name is?" Chance asked him as Excalibur was still silent wondering where did he go wrong and missed out on this information. He was so in hurry to kill Sarah, he ignored other information and ended up making a blunder. Now, after knowing he has a daughter and she too is an assassin, Excalibur's curiosity shot up.

"What?" Excalibur was not sure why Chance was telling him all of this but he wanted to know what it is so he cooperated.

"Danger-ACE" Chance focussed on the word 'Ace'; it took a few seconds for Excalibur to realize what he meant by sharing this information.

"Ace?" 

"Hmm, and you know why she got this name?"

Excalibur shook his head as he really had no idea. After he left the world of assassins and went underground, he lost the touch from this world and he had no updates on other people.

Samantha entered this world after he went underground, so it was obvious he has no idea about her.

"Because she once killed a group of people using a pack of playing cards. She is the Ace of playing cards."

Excalibur eyes widened in shock as what he predicted after hearing her name was confirmed.

"That BITCH!!!" Excalibur shouted loudly only to get kicked by Chance.

Chance punched his face and stomped on his stomach; Excalibur cried in pain.

David who was a calm spectator of this, didn't react and was indifferent to it as he saw Chance being even worse than this to other people.

"How dare you curse my woman?" Chance beat him up brutally.

"She… killed my… mother. My old… mother. What was my mother's fault? I am the one, who killed Sarah… then why kill… my mother instead of me?" Excalibur started crying as he felt bad for his mother.

"Because you killed her mother. Just like an eye for an eye, a mother for another mother. If you had issues with The Exterminator, why did you kill Sarah? Wasn't she innocent too? My wife walked on your footsteps and she did the same thing as you. By the way, it was you who killed your mother, not Danger-Ace." Chance shouted at him.

Excalibur cried even more when he recollected how his mom ended up dying in his hands. This memory was more disturbing for him, than anything else.

"I wanted to hurt Exterminator so I killed his wife, but my mother was on the verge of dying anyway, why kill her so brutally and the worst thing was she didn't even kill my mother, she made me kill my mother" Excalibur cried harder between his sentences.

Chance was unaffected by it but the same was not the case with David. He had tears in his eyes when he saw Excalibur crying over his mother.

"That is exactly why she did all of this. She wanted to make you cry exactly like how you are crying now" Chance smiled seeing Excalibur's state as Samantha's wish has been fulfilled.

He really wished to record Excalibur's cries and send it to Samantha to show her how amazing her plan actually worked but he couldn't, which he regretted.

Excalibur kept crying and Chance let him be for a while.

Once he calmed down, Chance kneeled down with his one knee touching the ground and the foot of his other leg on the ground.

"I am giving you two choices now" Chance coldly warned the man.

"What choices?" Excalibur looked at Chance in confusion.

"You want to die with a gunshot on your forehead or your heart?" Chance seriously asked him.

"Why does it matter? Either way you are going to kill me" Excalibur realized he met his end and now he didn't even have the will to live after losing his mother so cruelly.

Until now he wished to avenge her death but now in this condition, he understood that it is next to impossible.

So, he decided against struggling to live, he gave up on it and was ready to embrace death.

"Oh, is that so?" Chance then pointed his gun at Excalibur's forehead and shot three back-to-back bullets at his forehead.

Excalibur died on spot.

Chance and David then carried his body to the field which was just a few meters from where they were standing as they brought Excalibur to the outskirts of the city to kill him.

In the field, after laying Excalibur's body on the ground, David threw kerosene on it, Chance lit a matchstick and flicked it on the body covered with kerosene.

The two people saw the body burn in high flame.

"What a sad ending to his life" David commented.

"You feeling bad for the guy?"

"Hmm, he lost his mother in a very cruel way." David never hesitated in sharing his thoughts with Chance.

"Yeah, karma is a bitch. He made Samantha lose her mom in a cruel way and now the same happened to him" Chance had no regret for what he did to Excalibur.

If anyone even thinks of harming Samantha or Bill, this is exactly what he will do to them.

After a very long time, he again got a family and he would give his everything to protect him.

David patted him on the back, "You did well. Don't mind me, I feel bad for everyone that is why I left this profession, I couldn't take it after a while"

Chance smiled at him, "Dave, you don't have to explain yourself. You obviously have an opinion of yours which I totally respect. Even if you hate Samantha for what she did, I won't be upset with you." 

"I don't hate her but man, she is very cruel. Whenever she flashes that ladylike smile of hers, I feel mesmerized for a second but then I recollect the reality and chills pass through me"

Chance laughed at David's description of Samantha as he visually showed him how he truly feels by shivering his whole body.

"Got it" 

After the whole body turned into ashes. Chance and David drove back to the main city after ensuring they didn't leave any proof behind. 

David dropped Chance home and before Chance could step out of the car, he announced, "I told the whole gang about your and Samantha's presence in the city"

"Why the fuck would you do that?" Chance glared at David in anger as now he has to meet all his friends.

"They were missing you and when I was booking your and Samantha's tickets, Mia saw it" David made a 'sorry' face.
