My Movie Queen

"Suki, how about you pick them up from the airport?" Yanna asked as she closed her eyes. She had just finished her scene today and hasn't had any breaks since the shooting started.

Suki looked at Yanna, who looked so exhausted, "No, my job is to be your assistant and manager."

"Fine, what about Oliver? How is he?"

"He has already stopped struggling and seems to have accepted his fate."

"He gave up after just a month? I should have expected this. Anyway, Mirayuki will take care of him later, and our job will be considered done."

"Yes," Suki answered, then she handed a bottle of water to Yanna, "Would you like to go back to the hotel now?"

"No, drop me off at the Rose Hotel, then you can go back by yourself later and pick me up tomorrow."

"Yes."

By the afternoon, Mirayuki and Vanessa came back from abroad, but they went their separate ways as Vanessa's fans found out about her arrival. Mirayuki also went straight to where Oliver was.

When Mirayuki saw Oliver, she was shocked at how lifeless he looked. Oliver appeared like a beggar with no hope at all.

Oliver, upon seeing someone approaching, moved his body far away from the silhouette he saw.

Mirayuki didn't know what had happened, but she understood that this was her chance to tame Oliver, as Yanna had mentioned.

Mirayuki slowly walked towards Oliver and said in a soft voice, "Oliver?" No one answered her.

Mirayuki asked again, "Oliver, it's me, Mirayuki. Don't you remember me?"

This time, Oliver finally heard her. He slowly turned his head and saw a familiar face. His eyes sparkled with excitement and expectation.

"Mirayuki? Is that you?" Oliver asked.

"It's me," Mirayuki answered.

Oliver cried upon confirming that it was Mirayuki, but he became alert, remembering the person who kept torturing him.

"Oliver, I'm sorry I was late. I just found out. I promise I'll take you out," Mirayuki said with full of concern.

Oliver, who had never felt his importance, was touched by her words and said out of concern, "You hide first. He will come soon."

"I don't care. I'll take you out."

Oliver softened his eyes and said, "Please, just hide."

"I'll protect you."

Oliver, who had never seen someone so concerned about him, felt his heart beat. His tears slowly fell down, and he said, "Just hide, and it will be over soon. We can run away later, okay? Just listen to me."

Mirayuki paused and nodded, then she quickly hid, "Okay, you... be careful."

As Mirayuki hid, Oliver's heart filled with many feelings. He couldn't believe that of all the people he expected to find him, it was Mirayuki who came. The person he cheated on again and again, the person who always supported him behind the scenes and was taken for granted, and the Omega he once looked down upon. He never thought that only Mirayuki would come and save him.

Watching Mirayuki disappear into the darkness, Oliver's mind was filled with memories of his past. He remembered the mean words, the unkind treatment, and the feeling of not being important for a long time. But in the middle of all the bad things, Mirayuki was like a bright light shining in the darkness. It was not his mother, nor his so-called friends, but Mirayuki.

For the first time in a very long time, Oliver let himself think that maybe, just maybe, there was someone who really liked him for who he was. Someone who could see past his mistakes and wounds and see the person he could be.

Mirayuki, who Oliver thought was hiding, watched from the sidelines where Oliver couldn't see. She watched the man beat Oliver over and over again coldly.

' Oh Yanna, you look gentle and full of kindness, but no one knows that you also has this cruelty inside of you, same with Vanessa. This kind of way to tame and discipline a person is kinda cruel, but for a person like Lover, this should be effective heh.' Mirayuki thought with a smirk.
