My Movie Queen

Two months had passed. Melody and Fiona had already joined the show, while Vanessa went to another country with Mirayuki. In these past few months, Yanna felt as if she had gone back to the past when she used to live alone. The only difference now is that she has people here whom she cares about.

 

Yanna, who was in a daze in her study room, woke up when she heard a knock. Even without asking, she knew it was Suki who had been with her. Suki, a female Beta, was very capable and flexible, ensuring that everything Yanna needed was always in front of her.

 

"Come in," Yanna said.

 

Suki opened the door and saw Yanna sitting near the window. She glanced at the study table, and as always, everything was arranged properly. She walked towards Yanna and handed her the folder, then went to the window to close it.

 

"Why close it?" Yanna asked as she turned the pages of the folder.

 

Suki returned to Yanna's side. "The wind is getting stronger, and the weather forecast said it will rain later," she said casually.

 

Yanna smiled helplessly, nodding her head, and then continued reading the paper. After a while, Yanna closed the folder, rubbing her forehead.

 

"Did he buy it?" Yanna asked, unable to believe that the bar she had randomly built with Mirayuki's money would attract Oliver's interest.

 

"Yes, although some people around him opposed it, he still bought it."

 

"He is a man of luxury; people's opinions don't matter to him as long as he likes it. Did no one inform him about the land where it was built?" Yanna suddenly frowned. A person like Oliver, who has been in business for a long time, should investigate everything thoroughly. ' Is he that easy to fool? ' 

 

"He asked someone to investigate it, but since our goal is for him to take the bait, I blocked the information about the land," Suki explained, adjusting her gold-rimmed glasses.

 

Yanna breathed a sigh of relief. "So it was your doing. That's good."

 

"What's wrong?"

 

"I got worried. I thought he bought the bar knowing that something was wrong with the land. If that's the case, it means he has a hidden agenda, which could disrupt our plan," Yanna explained casually.

 

"I see. What should we do next?"

 

"Aside from his mother, who is closest to him and can influence him in terms of playing around?"

 

"His friend Edwin Lerion, an Alpha, a hidden son of a corrupt politician."

 

"Does that politician favor Edwin?"

 

"Yes, even if it's not known to the public, some people close to him knew about his son outside. And because his son is an Alpha, he favors him more than his children with his legal wife."

 

"I see. Then ask someone to get close to Edwin and Oliver. It would be better if that person is someone who loves money. Then ask that person to persuade Edwin to push Oliver to spend money on that bar."

 

Suki was confused. She understood about influencing Edwin to influence Oliver, but she didn't understand the purpose of persuading Oliver to spend more money on the already beautiful and luxurious bar. They had spent millions to build that bar, and Suki took pride in making it the best in the city, even though it was located far from the main city.

 

Yanna noticed Suki's expression. She knew Suki had worked really hard on the bar in the past two months, and asking Oliver to spend more money on it meant some changes would be made.

 

"Why?" Suki asked.

 

Yanna leaned back and said, "Because I want him to spend more money before the authorities find out about the land. Even though the money we spent on that bar is already in our hands, I want him to spend more than us. We need to repay our time and effort with his money!" Yanna said confidently, as if it were her money that had been used.

 

Suki opened her mouth, not knowing what to say. After a while, she managed to speak again. "If that's the case, I can handle that."

 

"Okay, and after that, we can leak the information about the land."

 

"Okay."

 

"That's it."

 

Suki looked at the time. "You have a schedule in 1 hour. You will meet your co-actors for your new movie project."

 

"Okay, but I want to eat pudding first."

 

"No, you can't."

 

Yanna's face crumpled. She had gotten closer to Suki in these two months, but it didn't mean Suki would let her do whatever she wanted, unlike Melody. She missed Melody for some reason.
