My Life in Multiverse

"J-J-Just... who the hell are you?!" Rhya shouted, his forehead filled with crystal beads of sweat as he was frightened by the terrifying pressure from Alex.

Alex stared at him and grinned. "What happened? Where did your arrogance from a few seconds ago vanish to?"

"Y-You...!!" Rhya pointed his finger at Alex and wanted to say something but the poor Elf was so panicked that he could not even form a proper sentence.

"Now first thing first... I have to take care of the mess before it slips out of my hands." Alex teleported beside Rill and touched him before he retreated and clapped his hands together.

"Purify!"

A bright light flashed in his palm before he raised his hand and used his magic again.

'Creation Magic: Vessel'

An intense amount of mana was sucked from the surrounding and gathered in a single place.

Immediately a body was formed in front of the very eyes of Rhya and Mereoleona who stared at it with dumb expressions.

In their entire lives of living, they had never seen such a bizarre scene.

After the body was completed in a few seconds, Alex pressed his palm onto his chest, finishing the entire process.

He wiped the sweat on his forehead and muttered. "I'm not proficient in this. This is the best I can do for now."

"What did you just do?" Mereoleona asked curiously since it was all flashy and she didn't get any of it.

Julius might have been all starry eyes and asked multiple questions but he was knocked out by Alex's Haki a few seconds ago so he was unable to witness such a grand scene.

Alex sighed and explained. "I used Lucius's Soul Magic that I snatched from Julius and then I used my own special magic to create a new vessel or you can say a body for the soul of the Elf who had taken over Rill's body."

"You just did WHAATTT?!!"

Rhya was so shocked that his jaw hit the floor and he couldn't close his mouth, staring dumbly at Alex.

"Not only that, since using Forbidden Magic of Reincarnation, it actually tainted the souls of the person you want to reincarnate, making them very immune to negative emotions. I used the Soul Magic to purify the soul of the Elf Lira so he would not be troubled by the side effects of that forbidden spell."

Alex finished his explanation and looked at Rhya and Mereoleona who had rich expressions from shock to disbelief, written all over their faces.

Alex understood their emotions and shook his head. He said to Mereoleona. "Those guys have rested enough. Go and wake them up. After that, take everyone and go to the kingdom to protect the innocents who will get involved in this mess. And the most important thing, whatever happened, don't kill those Elves! Because the body they had possessed belongs to our friends."

"Okay," Mereoleona replied with an unusually serious expression. And just when she was about to leave, she glanced at Julius and asked. "What about this idiot?"

"Hah! Leave him to me. Go hurry!" Alex said.

Mereoleona nodded her head and disappeared into the hallway.

Alex then turned to Rhya and said. "After the humans will leave, go and wake up Licht. From now on, everything will move according to the plan."

"Plan? What plan?"

Before Rhya could reply, a sweet and melodious voice drifted into Alex and Rhya's ears.

Alex and Rhya simultaneously turned around their heads only to see a tall, slender-framed elf walking toward them. He had white skin and somewhat effeminate facial features alongside golden eyes. He also had two sets of tattoos on his cheeks, a vertical line under each eye, and in the middle of his forehead, four dots forming a diamond bordered by curved lines.

"Licht!" Liar immediately called out to him, very happy to see his friend.

Licht smiled at him and walked over to Alex. He observed Alex for a second before he opened his mouth.

"You possess some ominous mana for a human, little friend."

"Little? You should know I don't like someone calling me that." Alex raised an eyebrow and his facial muscles twitched.

But Licht had no reaction and continued to stare at him.

Alex sighed and muttered under his breath. "Hah, he still has not fully awakened yet. Forget it."

He looked at Rhya and said. "Go and wake up your friends. Make haste since the longer they stay in those bodies, the more their souls will bear the aftereffect of the Forbidden Reincarnation Magic. I am afraid that the Elves will turn into Dark Elves!"

"You know more about this Forbidden Magic than us," Licht commented, his voice tinged with praise.

"Ah, thank you." Alex smiled at him and after Rhya left, he looked at Licht and said. "Actually, I want to say this after you would have awakened completely but I think you have all the rights to know... One of your children survived the massacre that occurred all those years ago. And they also have descendants living peacefully in a very safe place."

"W-What... did you say?"

And sure enough, for the first time, Licht's reaction changed a little. He was startled before a happy expression flashed on his handsome face.

Alex could feel his inner emotions and said. "Quite a few Elves are living there away from the humans. And you don't have to worry, because I will never tell anyone about it. Also, that secluded place is guarded by a Dryad... After this mess is finished, I will help you solve this Reincarnation Magic and provide a new body for you that can perfectly sync with your soul. Then, I will tell you of its location so you can go and meet your descendants. Maybe in this way, I will be able to make up for the pain humans had inflicted upon you guys a century ago."

Alex gazed straight at Licht and said seriously. "I always hate when innocents are harmed. And I really wished that humans and Elves could live together in harmony in the future."

Licht's golden pupils sparkled with a bright light as he could feel that there was no sign of malice or lie in his voice.

It really made him remember his first human friend, Lemiel Silvamillion Clover.

"Can it... really happen?" He muttered in a low voice.
