Chapter 3: MCSDB Chapter 3 The Strongest of All Time?

"Chen Zi, you haven't told me yet, what are the three great misconceptions in life?"

"No, no, I'm sure I just saw Teacher Luo looking at me!"

As soon as Teacher Luo left, Yue Yang couldn't hold back and eagerly asked Jiang Chen.

"Alright, alright, Teacher Luo was definitely looking at you!" Jiang Chen replied, feeling a little exasperated.

But just as he finished speaking, his phone started ringing. He instinctively picked it up and saw that it was his sister, Jiang Xi, calling.

"My sister's calling!" Jiang Chen said, moving aside to answer the phone.

"Hey, Xiao Xi, what's up?" He greeted.

"Brother, the info you asked me to get on the Ninja World— I asked my teacher for help, and now we have some updated intelligence. It's the latest content from the first stage that Daxia Academy just completed. Take a good look at it yourself."

"This world is said to be highly valuable. If you handle it well, you'll definitely be able to get into a top academy."

Her pleasant voice came through the phone, and almost simultaneously, his phone chimed with a notification.

Jiang Chen glanced at the screen and saw that a document had just been sent over. Looking at it, he was momentarily speechless. Just as in his previous life, his sister was going to great lengths to help him, even finding this detailed information for him at the last minute.

However, Jiang Xi probably didn't know that he no longer needed it.

Feeling a mix of gratitude and silence, he was about to say something when Jiang Xi spoke again.

"Alright, that's all, Brother. I have things to do. I wish you all the best."

With that, she hung up quickly after confirming the document had been sent.

As the call ended, Jiang Chen shook his head and instinctively opened the file she had sent.

Lines of text appeared on the screen.

"Brother, the initial intelligence was wrong. It's best not to choose the strongest ninja village, Hidden Cloud Village. Consider choosing Iwa Village (Hidden Stone Village) or Konoha Village instead. Although Konoha is said to be in decline, with its young Fourth Hokage already dead and only the elderly Third Hokage remaining, the main story is likely to unfold in Konoha. You could consider choosing the Hyuga Clan. According to the first volume of information, the Hyuga Clan will become Konoha's top ninja clan in the future. Whatever you do, don't choose the Uchiha Clan— they're set to be destroyed in seven years according to the main storyline."

"Also, according to Daxia Academy's information, the main BOSS of this world has already been vaguely spotted in the mission space, and it might soon be possible to 'clear' it!"

"The BOSS is named Orochimaru, an S-rank rogue ninja from Konoha Village. In the future, he will kill the Third Hokage, who is considered the strongest Hokage of all time. It's best to stay away from him."

As he read the information, especially the final part, Jiang Chen's mouth twitched slightly. Kakashi's line about the "strongest of all time" had probably misled many people over the years.

As for the Hyuga Clan, it was even more of a trap. Later story arcs tried to boost their reputation, but it was merely patchwork— the Hyuga Clan's potential was limited, especially with the burdensome split between the main and branch families. Anyone who didn't know the future and picked the Hyuga Clan would be in trouble.

Shaking his head, Jiang Chen closed the file.

"How was it? Did Xiao Xi give you more updated intelligence?" Yue Yang asked excitedly, leaning closer.

"She did give some info on the Ninja World, but it's not useful for me anymore," Jiang Chen replied quietly, shaking his head.

"Oh…" Yue Yang said, sounding disappointed.

"Let's go. I need to get ready— the login is about to begin," Jiang Chen said, shifting the conversation.

"Alright! Let's head over." Yue Yang nodded.

The two of them left the classroom and made their way toward the school's Dimensional Center. With only half an hour left before login would begin, many students were already heading there as well.

As they walked, they encountered several other students along the way.

But just as they reached the classroom door, a delicate figure suddenly appeared in front of them. Seeing the person, Yue Yang's expression immediately turned cold.

"What are you doing here?" He asked icily.

"Um, um, Jiang Chen, didn't you say that Jiang Xi would send you some new intelligence today?" The figure before them spoke with a pleading tone.

"Heh!" Yue Yang sneered, unable to hold back. His right hand instinctively tugged at Jiang Chen's arm.

Jiang Chen looked at the familiar figure in front of him and listened to her words with a speechless expression. This girl really had no shame, coming over at a time like this.

"Chen Zi!" Yue Yang called out anxiously.

"Let's go." Jiang Chen chuckled and brushed past her, without a word or response. He wasn't his past self, who would have eagerly sought her attention. Now, he didn't need to— so there was no reason to engage.

His sister's intelligence might be useless to him at the moment, but he had no intention of sharing it with someone like her. He wasn't foolish.

"Got it!" Yue Yang's eyes lit up at Jiang Chen's reaction, and he quickly followed him.

Liǔ Qīngxiá, however, was left stunned, her eyes wide with disbelief. She hadn't expected this outcome at all.

"Jiang Chen!" She called out reflexively, her voice anxious. Jiang Xi's intelligence was crucial for her; she had to get it.

Her words only made the figure in front pause for a moment before continuing to walk away, completely ignoring her. This scene immediately caught the attention of other students nearby, many of whom began pointing and whispering. Liǔ Qīngxiá's face flushed with embarrassment as she stomped her foot before hurrying inside.

The Dimensional Center was already bustling with people. In this world, unlike Jiang Chen's previous life, high school entrance requires a screening process; only students with certain talents qualify.

DaXia No. 8 School, though not a top school, had around three to four hundred first-year students. By now, most of them had gathered at the Dimensional Center, awaiting the start of the login process.

At this moment, every student was filled with nervous anticipation—it was, after all, the start of everything they hoped for in the future.
