George’s plan was simple: joining the England Quidditch team now would boost his fame, but he didn't want to waste time on training and matches. So, he decided to postpone it until his fourth year.

By the time he reached his fourth year, Voldemort would have returned, and with the chaos in the wizarding world, he wouldn't have to waste time on Quidditch training anyway.

It was a win-win situation.

"If you don't agree, then just forget it," George said.

Seeing Ludo hesitate, George glanced back down at his magic book.

Ludo, noticing George’s indifference, quickly made up his mind and nodded eagerly.

"Agreed, agreed! I’ll go speak to your headmaster right away, and we can sign the contract today."

Fourth year it is—it’s better than nothing.

Once he returned, he could immediately spread the news, letting everyone know that he had signed a talented player for the England team. That way, no one at the Ministry could criticize him anymore.

The next morning, during breakfast, the Great Hall bustled as usual, with owls delivering letters and packages to the students.

But soon, a few excited gasps echoed through the hall.

"George, you’ve been accepted by the England Quidditch team!"

"Look, it says here, ‘The Head of the Department of Magical Games and Sports has discovered a once-in-a-millennium Quidditch prodigy from Hogwarts. In his first year, he scored thirty goals in a single game, showing talent far beyond that of Viktor Krum of the Bulgarian national team.’"

"George, that’s you they’re talking about!"

"Check the back of the newspaper—there's a photo of George, Ludo, Snape, and Dumbledore together!"

The students who subscribed to The Daily Prophet quickly found the headline, and soon, the entire hall was buzzing with excitement.

After enduring what felt like an endless barrage of questions, George finally managed to escape the starry-eyed students and leave the Great Hall.

He could only be thankful it was Sunday. If it had been a Monday, there would have been even more students, and escaping wouldn’t have been so easy.

That afternoon, while the entire school was still in a frenzy over George's Quidditch recruitment, a second attack occurred.

Colin Creevey, a Muggle-born, was attacked just like Mrs. Norris had been, and was now petrified in the hospital wing.

Immediately, rumors spread like wildfire. Everyone was on edge, and students began moving in groups, afraid they might be the next victim.

George, however, remained unconcerned. He only visited Colin in the hospital wing as a friend.

With Dumbledore, the legendary wizard, at Hogwarts, there was no way the basilisk would actually kill students. George figured Dumbledore was holding back to train Harry, the future savior.

He didn't believe for a second that such a large basilisk could roam the castle without Dumbledore noticing.

Because of Colin's attack, Harry and his friends became even more convinced that Malfoy was the heir of Slytherin.

To protect other Muggle-born students from potential danger, Hermione officially started brewing Polyjuice Potion in Moaning Myrtle’s bathroom. George didn’t get involved, remaining focused on his magical studies as usual.

Time passed until the second week of December, when Professor Snape came to the common room to gather the names of students staying at school for Christmas.

George didn’t sign the list. He wasn’t planning on staying at Hogwarts this Christmas. He was heading back to Diagon Alley to learn how to make wands.

Recently, he had been studying wand-making in the library, but there were many things he couldn’t understand, and none of the professors at Hogwarts specialized in that area.

So, he decided to go back during the holidays and seek guidance from Ollivander, the master wandmaker.

It wouldn’t hurt to pay a little extra tuition, after all.

If George didn’t learn wand-making soon, it would be difficult to use magic as his primary means of combat in the Marvel universe. Gesturing spells was simply too slow—battles happen in the blink of an eye, and there’s no time for slow casting.

Only by crafting a wand with adequate power in the Marvel world could he unleash his full magical potential.

However, to his surprise, another significant event occurred that very night.

In the Marvel universe, George was practicing the Freezing Charm in the mutant combat simulation room when his body suddenly stiffened. A familiar, searing pain swept over him.

"Am I splitting again?"

After the pain subsided, George noticed he had gained a new perspective, and he couldn't help but sigh in realization.

He had long suspected that his ability to split his soul wasn’t a one-time occurrence.

“Let’s check out this new avatar and its world.”

Shifting his focus to the new perspective, six years’ worth of memories began flashing through his mind.

This time, his avatar wasn’t human, but a cat. However, it wasn’t an ordinary cat—it was a magical one, born with innate flying abilities and the power of speech.

The cat’s name was Jinjin, due to its golden fur, making it resemble a small lion at first glance.

Six years ago, Jinjin had hatched from an egg in a forest. Yes, you heard that right—it hatched from an egg. Its species was unlike normal cats, as it was born from eggs rather than live births.

Soon after its birth, Jinjin awakened its racial talent, gaining the ability to fly using “wing” magic, which helped it survive in the forest.

By the time it was three, Jinjin began contemplating its origins and wanted to find its parents. It left the forest for the first time and ventured into the outside world to begin its journey.

After three years of wandering, Jinjin had come to understand the world it lived in.

This world was called Aslant, a magic-filled realm ruled by humans.

Magic was deeply ingrained in the daily lives of its people. Even ordinary citizens, though they may not study magic, used magical items in their everyday lives. The streets were lined with all sorts of magical shops.

What stood out the most were the mages and the mage guilds that could be found in every city.

Mages were individuals who studied magic and used it in combat. The mage guilds, in George’s view, were like mercenary guilds where mages took on tasks and earned commissions. The difference was that all the "mercenaries" were mages.

There were many mage guilds in this world, each functioning as its own independent organization.

During Jinjin’s travels, it heard of a guild in the Kingdom of Fiore called “Fairy Tail,” which was rumored to be one of the most powerful mage guilds in the country.

Within that guild was a powerful mage known as the “Fire Dragon,” who had a flying, talking cat named Happy.

Jinjin suspected that Happy and it were of the same species. Hoping to uncover its origins, Jinjin decided to head to Fairy Tail and find Happy to ask about its lineage.

Unfortunately, on the way to Magnolia, the city where Fairy Tail was located, Jinjin encountered dark guild mages. Not wanting to be captured and kept as a pet, Jinjin fought but was ultimately killed by the dark mages.

Thus, George’s soul fragment took over Jinjin’s body.
