"Alright, just be careful. With me here, the school will be fine," Professor X assured.

He didn't question George's decision.

Professor X had faith in George's abilities. While George's psychic skills were far from his own, his other abilities, combined, made him far more powerful overall. Even if George ran into trouble, there likely wasn't anyone who could stop him from escaping.

"Thank you for covering for me!"

"It won't take long," George replied as he stood up and cast the Apparition spell. After a brief pause of less than two seconds, he vanished.

Professor X assumed George was going to see Bruce Banner to recruit another teacher and ease the school's teaching load.

In reality, George had another objective: the Hulk's hair.

The Hulk's characteristic of growing stronger the angrier he became made him akin to a living magical creature if placed in the Harry Potter universe. He'd easily overpower giants and probably even dragons.

From that perspective, the Hulk's hair would undoubtedly make excellent wand core material.

At present, George had three clones, all of which were stronger than his original body.

Although they shared the same physical constitution and magical power, the amplifying effects of their respective wands differed greatly. His original wand was the weakest, providing only standard casting speed with virtually no enhancement to magical power.

The strongest wand was from the Fairy Tail world, capable of boosting magic output over twentyfold.

Next was the magical ring from The Sorcerer's Apprentice world, with an amplification effect of about threefold.

Finally, there was his wand from the Harry Potter universe, offering a standard twofold boost in magic.

Thus, besides focusing on learning magic and increasing his strength, creating a better wand had become a top priority.

"Another new ability… or perhaps a new type of magic," Professor X murmured as he watched George disappear.

He had long suspected that not all of George's skills were tied to mutant abilities, especially after looking through the school's computer files labeled "Study Materials."

Still, he saw no reason to address it openly. If George claimed his powers were those of a mutant, then so be it.

Professor X wasn't Wolverine—he wasn't so easily fooled. His psychic abilities might not be what they once were, but his judgment of people hadn't dulled.

Over time, he had come to realize that George wasn't as kindhearted as he appeared.

But so what?

At least George wasn't malicious. If he were, he could've abandoned them all long ago and lived a life of freedom.

Ever since his body had been transferred, Professor X had spent much time reflecting on his past decisions.

If he hadn't placed so much faith in humanity, if he had been harsher toward those who opposed mutants, perhaps mutant extinction and the experiments on mutants could have been avoided.

But would taking that path have truly been better for mutants?

Even now, he had no answer.

Hypothetical scenarios remain unknowable.

Perhaps, no matter which path is chosen, regret would follow for not having taken the other.

Now, he had decided to relinquish the burden of leadership. He would entrust the school's and the children's futures to George, the principal. George could make the decisions going forward.

As long as those decisions didn't violate his conscience or principles, he would follow George's orders.

After all, without George's efforts, they might already be dead, and the children—if they had survived—would likely have been turned into tools for killing or experimental subjects.

Professor X had found peace with his role. He was simply a teacher tasked with protecting the school and educating the children.

Near Stark Tower in Manhattan, George's figure suddenly appeared.

He had previously been in the Bronx and was unfamiliar with Manhattan. The only location he was somewhat acquainted with was Stark Tower, thanks to accompanying Pepper there on a previous visit.

Thus, his first stop was Stark Tower's vicinity, arriving there via Apparition.

"Invisibility!"

George cast a Disillusionment Charm on himself, rendering his body invisible. Then, spreading his wings, he quickly flew toward Grayburn University.

"It seems General Ross hasn't made a move yet."

After circling the school and seeing no sign of any military presence, George waved his hand and cast the Tracking Charm.

"Track Footprints - Bruce Banner!"

He canceled the Disillusionment Charm and, following the trail left by the tracking spell, arrived at a laboratory building.

Climbing the stairs to the third floor, he knocked on the door.

"Hello, is anyone there?"

About two minutes later, a short middle-aged man in a blue long-sleeve shirt opened the door.

"Sorry, I'm quite busy right now. If you have any questions, please come back tomorrow during class hours," the man said, assuming George was a student coming with academic inquiries.

George, looking around twenty years old, certainly appeared to be a student, so it wasn't an unreasonable assumption.

"Sorry, I'm not looking for you. I'm looking for Dr. Bruce Banner."

"Oh, I think you've got the wrong person. There's no one by that name here."

When George mentioned Banner's name, Dr. Stern visibly flinched, and quickly stepped back, trying to close the door.

However, George placed a hand firmly on the door, pushing it open and forcing Stern aside as he stepped inside.

"Dr. Banner, no need to hide behind the curtains. I mean no harm. I'm not from the government, and I'm not military."

George walked into the living room and called toward the window curtain.

Seeing he had been found, Bruce Banner and his girlfriend Betty cautiously stepped out from behind the curtains, both eyeing George warily.

"Who are you? How did you know I'd be here?" Bruce asked.

"My name is George, and I'm the principal of the Supernatural Academy.

As for how I knew you were here… If I want to find someone, I can find them anywhere. That's my ability."

George casually sat down on the couch.

Banner immediately frowned, confused.

"Supernatural Academy? I've never heard of it."

George's explanation made little sense to him. Both Betty and Dr. Stern, standing nearby, were equally puzzled.

"It doesn't matter that you haven't heard of it. Sit down, and I'll explain. You'll understand soon enough."

With a snap of his fingers, George activated a household charm. The water dispenser in the living room clicked on, and four cups filled with water flew to the coffee table in front of him.

"Tea, coffee, or something stronger?"

"Are you performing a magic trick?"

Seeing the cups fill and float over with just a snap of George's fingers, all three top scientists—Banner, Betty, and Dr. Stern—stared in shock.

Magic tricks might fool children, but they knew this was no simple sleight of hand. This was clearly something beyond magic.

Could it be some form of advanced technology?
