Chapter 29: CHAPTER 28: Harry acting strange
Three days later.
St. John's Cathedral.
After being scolded by Norman that day, Harry left home and chose to live outside for a while. This time he came to St. John's Cathedral in Manhattan.
There was a violent storm along with the furious sound of thunder and lightning. As dark as he was now, Harry was thinking about how to make his father think better of him, but it never occurred to him that perhaps, as his father said, he really was useless.
BRUMMM!!!
The lightning outside was deafening, and the entire cathedral was dark, very gloomy.
"What's wrong, they didn't pay the electricity bill?" Harry, who was in a bad mood, said dissatisfiedly.
The light brought by the lightning outside the window made the church clearly visible, and the frequency was so fast that it was as bright as a burning light.
Suddenly, Harry felt a shiver on the back of his hand. He looked carefully and saw a thick black liquid dripping onto the back of his hand.
"What is that?" Harry reached out with his other hand to touch it, but the liquid stuck to his hand and he couldn't get it off.
In the next second, the same liquid dripped from his shoulder.
Not only that, more and more of this black liquid fell on him, and they writhed as if they were alive, which completely panicked Harry, and he kept shaking trying to get rid of the liquid.
"Ahh!" The liquid gradually covered his entire body, and even entered his nose and throat, he only felt more and more pain: "Arrrrgh!!"
There was another flash of thunder outside the window, and a black monster opened its mouth full of sharp teeth and roared aggressively.
"RAAAA!!"
Early morning.
"Oh!" Harry opened his eyes and looked around, wiping the cold sweat from his forehead, grateful that it was just a dream.
He looked at his body with some fear, but felt the strength emanating from it, a constant source of power.
Harry had never felt this way before.
The phone on the table suddenly rang.
Harry went forward to pick it up and looked at who it was, hesitated for a while and finally answered the phone: "Hey Peter, what's wrong?"
"Harry, I'm also in Manhattan. Do you want to have dinner with me?"
"No..." Harry was about to refuse, but he saw himself in the mirror. His originally thin body became stronger overnight, and his appearance also changed a little.
"I mean, sure, where is the location?"
"That's great, I'll send you the address." Peter hung up the phone, and in the next second, there was a new message in the voicemail.
------
"Hey Harry, I haven't seen you in a few days, but you look a lot better, don't you?"
After Peter and Harry met, they hugged him warmly and then Peter looked at Harry more closely: "And he's more muscular. Have you been exercising lately?"
"Yes, I've been bored lately, so I started exercising."
The two had lunch at a very ordinary restaurant. During this period, Peter always took the initiative to find topics to talk about. Harry responded superficially, without interest. Peter didn't mind that, but he was a little worried about Harry's mental state.
"Three days ago, the ghost spider and the black spider fought two villains in the Oscorp Building. In the end, the two heroically defeated the villains."
The following image showed Norman being interviewed, and eight out of ten sentences are polite words, praising the ghost spider and the black spider.
Many believed him, including his son Harry.
Everyone was attracted to what was on TV, and it made Harry feel something called jealousy.
"Harry, they're great, aren't they?" Peter pointed to the two friends on the TV and praised them to Harry with a smile.
"Do you think so too..."
"What?" Peter didn't notice, because Harry's voice was so low that even he couldn't hear it.
Harry got up with a sad face and was about to leave: "Thanks for lunch Peter, I have to go."
"Harry? Harry! Wait!" Harry didn't listen to Peter's persuasion, but walked out the door without any hesitation.
Peter looked at Harry leaving with some concern, but in the next second he heard the news that shocked him.
"By the way, the true identity of that man in Scorpion armor is that of a private detective who was having difficulty, and the true identity of the man who called himself Doctor Octopus is Otto Octavius, a well-known man in the industry."
"No, Dr. Octavius."
And Harry, who was walking outside, violently entered a dark alley and used his strength to punch the surrounding walls to vent his anger.
"Check it out... Looks like we found someone with money guys." A criminal appeared with several men behind Harry's back and spoke mockingly while looking at Harry's clothes.
But he saw that Harry completely ignored him and just stood there, which made him furious.
"Give me your money!"
The man's roar seemed to take effect, Harry slowly turned around and smiled evilly at the men, "I feel it, a new power."
The black liquid gradually spread throughout his body, and a tall, muscular black monster appeared in front of everyone.
"Ahhh!!"
