Martial Peak: Transmigration With A System

Chapter 47: Trouble Resolved Before It Knocked On The Door (Part - 2)

"This guy is really ruthless, Is he also a demon?" said Luo Xiao Man as he also protected himself from the falling remains of the guard.

Qiu Yi Meng simply observed everything, not saying a word as she felt her gut feeling becoming stronger.

.....

Liu Zheng hovered above in the sky which has now turned into a battlefield, his dark robe fluttering in the wind as ten experts surrounded him. Each fighter's dantain pulsed, radiating strength. Five swordsmen, blades gleaming with Qi, and five martial artists, their fists crackling with raw power, all encircled him, ready to strike.

"This should be interesting," Liu Zheng muttered to himself, his lips curling into a smirk. He could sense their strength, though none matched him individually. Together, however, they could put a decent fight in his base form.

Without warning, one of the martial artists charged, fist glowing with an intense blue Qi. Liu Zheng didn't flinch; in a blink, he disappeared with a burst of static. Sonido.

A loud boom echoed, leaving the martial artist to punch through nothing but air. Liu Zheng reappeared behind him, almost lazily forming a Quincy Spirit Sword. With a single sweep of his blade, breaking through his Qi barrier and creating a large gash on his back, rendering him useless for the rest of the fight.

The rest of the guys were more suprised at the nature of the Qi Liu Zheng used instead of their commrade getting injured and incapacitated. It was natural as they have seen something so conflicting but balanced at the same time

"Wh-What is that Qi? It is evil and pure at the same time." One of the experts commented with a grave expression

"It is giving me a very weird but dangerous feeling." Another one added.

"We do not have time for this, He is very strong and we all need to work together. He will spit everything out once we take him down."

"Wishful thinking." Liu Zheng's unbothered expression irritated them even more.

Immediately, three swordsmen swooped down in formation, their blades infused with sharp, crackling Qi. They moved with precision, their synchronized strikes seeking to corner Liu Zheng. He blocked their attacks effortlessly, his blade dancing between theirs, the impact from their swords was visible to the naked eye and for those below, it felt as if they were in the middle of the fight even though it was occurring high above in the sky

With each parry, his movements grew faster and sharper, the booming echoes of his Sonido leaving afterimages behind as he dodged and struck in an instant, making it hard for even 9 experts to handle one young man with an inferior cultivation.

One swordsman lunged in with a powerful downward slash, his blade enhanced with a fiery flame Qi. Liu Zheng raised his sword in response, Qi coursing through his blood. Blut Arterie.

"Getsuga..."'

His body surged with power, his blade glowing black and white as he swung in a crescent arc, unleashing a powerful wave of energy.

"Tenshooooo"

The crescent-shaped energy wave exploded from his sword, tearing through the air. The swordsman quickly used his sword to form a defensive shield, but attack as if not caring about anything in path cut through his sword and him, leaving the man in two pieces.

The fight had barely begun, and already, two were down. The remaining eight opponents regrouped, realizing they all needed to strike him at the same time. They gathered all the Qi they could muster at once in unison, coordinating a barrage of attacks from all angles.

"Now we're talking," Liu Zheng muttered, his eyes gleaming with excitement.

The martial artists struck first, each one augmenting their bodies with bursts of Qi. Two launched themselves at Liu Zheng with incredible speed, their fists blazing with Qi, while another unleashed a concentrated blast of Qi from his palms, aiming to box Liu Zheng in. Simultaneously, the remaining swordsmen unleashed their own sword techniques, creating a grid of lethal attacks that converged from all sides.

Liu Zheng's form blurred as he weaved between the attacks with effortless precision, his Sonido leaving afterimages in his wake. One martial artist closed in with a poisonous punch aimed at his chest. In response, Liu Zheng raised his hand, his index and middle fingers crackling with dark energy, pointing at its targer.

"Cero!"

A concentrated ray of energy shot from his fingers, piercing the opponent's arm through fist, blasting his hand away.

Suddenly, two swordsmen flanked him from either side, their blades arcing in unison to cleave him in half. Liu Zheng's eyes flashed as he activated Blut Vene. His veins visible through his skin glowed with a faint blue light, as energy coursed through his veins like an impenetrable barrier. The swords struck his body, but instead of cutting through, they clanged off his enhanced defence with a metallic echo.

With a burst of Sonido, Liu Zheng vanished again, reappearing above his attackers. His sword pointed downward, glowing with immense amount of Qi. He slashed once more, unleashing a vertical Getsuga Tensho that carved through the air like a comet. Thea attack slammed into the ground, sending shockwaves that knocked the fighters and spectators off balance. When the dust settled, they found a deep crater with nothing but ashes in the middle of it.

The rest of the experts below were altered after watching this, understanding the seriousness of the situation that it was now either do or die. This demon was going devour all of them if it keep going this way.

"Let us join the fight too, Young Lady Qiu" They asked and she nodded in approval understanding their reasons and the threat of the man in the skies.

All 15 of them instantly flew towards Liu Zheng intending to strike him down as quickly as possible but just as they left the left the ground, a tremendous pressure slammed them back into it.

"Oh, no no. You guys shouldn't be moving." A new figure appeared in front them in white robe, even his skin was white and looked like an altered version of the young man fighting above.

The man had a very terrifying and demonic aura around him that sent chills down the spine of everyone present there especially the ones who were experiencing the pressure directly from his power on their body and even their soul. It felt similar to the young man but much more terrifying and sinister.

One of the guys mustered his strength amidst what felt like a mountain on top of him as he looked at the newly arrived figure and asked "Are you... the demon.. lord?"

This question gathered everyone attention, they had forgotten about their primary motive during the battle but now that they noticed, his Qi really felt too sinister and it surely had a dark aspect to it, especially his overwhelming power to crush many peak immortal ascension realm experts resembled the description of the demon lord.

A menacing grin slowly crept up his face and scared the f*** out of the low level cultivators as he said "Demon Lord? Hehehe.... I am something much worse."

His answer didn't clear anything but they knew there were all in big trouble, regretting the decision to volunteer for this expedition, perhaps Bai Yun Feng regretting it the most whose legs were shaking even though he couldn't even feel the immensity of the monster's cultivation standing in front of him.

Liu Zheng smiled as smiled from above.

"Time to finish this," Liu Zheng whispered, his gaze now cold and focused. The Qi in the air started to frantically move towards him, getting absorbed by Liu Zheng's body at a visible as if water getting sucked into a hole.

The last remaining cultivators charged, desperate. Each of them taking out their trump cards, some with their artifacts and other using forbidden techniques. Liu Zheng closed his eyes and then slowly opened it which now was glowing in blue light.

"Gentlemen, It was a good fight." He said as he disappeared from everyone's vision momentarily and then appeared behind the few men who were charging towards them. All their artifacts broke apart the next second and blood gushed out from their bodies as they fell down.

He slowly descended towards the ground, right next to Zangetsu. Passing a jade bottle to Qiu Yi Meng, he said "These are some healing pills, if you leave them as they are, they are going to die.".

Qiu Yi Meng almost missed it due to nervousness and was confused when she heard what Liu Zheng said as well as suspicious thinking it could be poison.

"I know what you are thinking, no need to thank me." He smiled as he gave her a thumps up.

The young lady of the Qiu Family was infuriated by the she was being treated but she was smart enough to understand that doing whatever they want is the best course of action right now, especially that white guy, he freaked her out when he winked at her once.

She fed all the guards who were injured they pill and it surprisingly worked very well, the was from medicine king valley, why wouldn't it work?

"You beat them then you heal them, what do you have in mind?" Zangetsu asked.

"There is a shortage of secret arts and secret techniques in the sect, including the ones I got from the system just now, I can have them write down every technique they know of and combine them according to their attributes and styles to form new ones."

"What if they try to stir up some trouble in the sect?"

Liu Zheng's eyes flashed red and Zangetsu nodded in understanding.

When everyone was recovered after waiting for a while, Liu Zheng asked a question "Who among you is the fastest runner? Raise your hand."

Everyone started to look at each other, prompting them to raise their hand as no one wanted to do it themselves.

Seeing that it didn't work, Liu Zheng decided to choose one himself, looking through the crowd and as anyone could have expected, he chose Bai Yun Feng and pointed towards him.

"You! The guy with blue outfit, Come here!"

Bai Yun Feng was scared, blaming his shitting luck but still made a futile to ask as he pointed towards himself. "M-Me?"

"Yes, you. Now come here." The guy came forward and Liu Zheng continued." Your job is to inform the 8 great families that if the grand elders of each family don't show themselves in front of me in 3 days then I, Liu Zheng, First under the heaven will wipe the capital of the face of this world.

You get it?"

Bai Yun Feng almost peed his pants when he heard what Liu Zheng but as empathetic as our main character is, he understood the young one's difficulty.

"If they don't come to me in 3 days because you weren't able to inform them on time. then I will deal with you first. Am I Clear?"

"Y-Y-Yes Sir!"

"Shu Shu, You don't much time so start running." Bai Yun Feng ran away as fast as he could, it was almost impossible to complete this task in 3 days considering the distance but Liu Zheng believed that he cared about his life enough to do this.
