Major General, a Male Zerg has been found on the battlefield!!

64

“Master?”

“Shh, wait a moment.”

As he spoke, He Qin took out the emerald he always carried with him from his arms, forcefully breaking the red rope and fitting the jade stone snugly into the hole.

It was as if the container had been tailor-made for the jade.

Under the gaze of the two, light passed through the jade, revealing faint cracks. He Qin picked up the whole piece of jade and examined it closely. These cracks seemed to form the image of a man.

Almost involuntarily, he touched the jade with his fingertip, and the stone emitted a strange sound, projecting a strong light onto the wall.

In the haze, He Qin discerned that it was a section of zerg star writing.

However, the outside light was too bright to fully see the densely packed characters.

“Do you want me to pull the curtains, Master?” He Qin’s eyes flickered, and Rhys understood what he wanted.

Thick curtains blocked the strong sunlight, and the small characters projected on the wall became much clearer.

This is a letter left by the male father before his passing.

Along with the appearance of the text, a gentle male voice resonated from the jade stone.

“Green, my child, you are a male zerg of our tribe, and I am your male father, Allen Hill. I am from Planet N19 and also a royal male of the zerg tribe.”

“I didn’t expect you would have to endure the pain of losing both your male and female fathers as an infant. Male father is sorry for you. I have suffered a serious injury and am destined not to survive. I have asked your female father to take you away from the starship, hoping that both of you can live well.”

“This incident was definitely not an accident. Before embarking on this journey, I had a bad premonition. The truth will be difficult to investigate, and male father doesn’t want you to be troubled by this matter for the rest of your life. If you can see my message, do not dwell too much on the cause of our deaths. Male father only hopes that you can be happy.”

“All of male father’s assets are entrusted to the imperial steward— Uncle Lin will manage them for you. If your female father is still alive, take good care of him for male father.”

“Male father doesn’t know where your female father will take you to. If by chance you see this message, try to contact the chief of the zerg tribe or the Starry Night Legion early on, and do not contact the royal family.”

“Over a decade ago, your female father and I secretly escaped from the empire to a planet called Earth. It is an extremely tolerant and resource-rich planet. Originally, after this trip, I planned to propose to the chief to establish contact with Earth. Now it seems that this matter can only be entrusted to you to strive for.”

“This jade pendant was brought back from Earth during my last visit. My dear child, take care of yourself and also take care of your female father.”

Allen always held hope that his beloved would still be alive.

But losing the male lord and the female zerg, who was also seriously injured, without the will to live, left the male cub in the hands of reliable people and headed towards the mountains, merging with nature.

The light projected back onto the jade stone, the red light faded, and everything returned to its original state.

He Qin held the jade stone, sitting dumbfounded in place, his soul not present, which pained Rhys deeply.

“Master, it’s okay, you still have me.” Rhys embraced the male’s head into his chest, gently stroking him like a small cun, softly brushing over the male’s soft hair.

Similar to the male’s personality, He Qin’s hair was soft. Like the hair of a newborn millet, soft and pleasant to touch.

“I’m fine.” He Qin suppressed the trembling in his voice.

With his head against Rhys’s chest, his tone was dull, yet he pretended to be strong.

Once again, Rhys was charmed by his master’s contradictory words and actions.

“Your male father was also a very gentle male.”

Rhys, raised on the zerg star, had been exposed to much information about Prince Allen from an early age.

The widely spread belief in the empire was that Prince Allen was sacred and inviolable, a male zerg who could stand alone. But from the text, it seemed that Prince Allen was also empathetic, gentle, and magnanimous.

“Yes, just as I imagined.”

Large felid animals, when injured, seek their loved ones’ comfort awkwardly. They don’t overtly show their feelings, but receiving care and consolation from their beloved instantly makes them forget their sadness, relaxing with narrowed eyes and a purring throat.

He Qin was exactly such an injured large felid.

After receiving comfort from his beloved, his thoughts shifted quickly. “Rhys, suddenly I feel like…” He Qin stretched his head, burying his chin in the hollow of Rhys’s clavicle.

Hmm, a faint and refreshing fragrance; indeed, Rhys’s scent was the most pleasant.

“Um, Master, are you hungry?” The breath from between the male zerg’s mouth and nose made Rhys’s neck itch, prompting him to shift away.

Since Milo’s birth, he had been particularly clingy, insisting on cuddling with them both at night, only willing to sleep in the master bedroom on the second floor.

Pitifully, with a mischievous child sleeping beside them, He Qin could only kiss the female’s forehead, afraid of spoiling the child further; any additional actions had to be restrained.

A young man with vigorous energy and a strong fire inside, unable to find an outlet, was extremely miserable.

“Yes, indeed hungry.” He Qin arched his eyebrows, desire overflowing in his eyes.

In all matters regarding males and females, Rhys was an outstanding student praised by the teachers. Receiving the male’s gaze, Rhys lowered his head, first landing a kiss on the male’s beautiful black eyes, then moving from his cheek to his lips.

In such matters, Rhys never hesitated. His face flushed, he wholeheartedly pleased the male.

As the female lord, he had to fulfill all the master’s requests, including the master’s preference for causing his physiological tears to flow before he could be satisfied with his small eccentricity.

The floor was strewn with all sorts of bizarre and precious items thrown about by He Qin, making it difficult for him to maneuver. Half dragging and half lifting, he pushed Rhys onto the bed with changed sheets.

He Qin allowed his mental energy to lock the door.

Later, when Zero sent a female underling to call the male to dinner, he knocked on the door two or three times and shouted a few times, only to get a few suppressed grunts and a slightly dissatisfied “go away” from inside the door.

The female zerg realized he had interrupted Prince Green’s “good deed” and fled in a hurry.

From the moment He Qin became the head of the royal family, he was treated as the master by all the castle servants.

Zero found the head chef and had them prepare Earth-style dishes that the male zerg loved, keeping them warm in the box.

So, after the “big battle,” He Qin’s stomach growling, they left the room, and specialized servants led them to the dining room to enjoy the steaming meal.

After eating, He Qin took the initiative to take on the task of piloting the aircraft, allowing the somewhat tired-looking Rhys to rest in the back seat for a while.

“Your Highness, Major General, thank goodness you’re finally here.” Adjutant Jack, who opened the door, had a face full of colorful crayon drawings, and when he saw the two of them knocking, his eyes lit up.

Wasn’t it just asking him to take care of a cub that had just been born?

Why did it look like he had just survived a month-long wilderness survival training?

“Adjutant Jack, what happened to you?” He Qin pointed to the female’s cheek.

“Don’t mention it, Your Highness. You’d better go see for yourself.” The female didn’t want to explain further, urging the fathers of the little cub to take the child away.

Jack was an unmarried female zerg, living in a relatively inexpensive rented apartment. According to imperial customs, unmarried females rarely spend money on themselves; most of their salary must be saved and handed over to the male after marriage.

The house belonged to the landlord. Poor Jack, he would probably have to spend a lot of money now to repair the house.

He Qin entered the bedroom, looking at the walls covered with colored highlighters and oil paint, and the little one crawling on the floor, with his face, hands, and feet all covered in drawings. He stiffly forced a smile.

Suddenly, he didn’t want this child anymore. Who could take this little demon away?

“Jack, rent a repair robot to fix up the house. You can also buy some new furniture and bring the receipt to me for reimbursement.” After speaking, Rhys sought the opinion of the head of the household again, “Master, is that okay?”

After marriage, He Qin managed the money for a while at Rhys’s repeated request. But later, there was a time when he needed money, and he actually forgot the star card password. Rhys helped him figure it out after many tries.

Since then, He Qin refused to handle money no matter what. All income and expenses were handed over to Rhys.

However, every time money was needed, Rhys would seek the master’s opinion. When He Qin agreed, he would use star coins.

“Of course, please thank Jack for taking care of this little troublemaker for us.”

“Thank you, Your Highness, thank you, Major General.” Looking at the “artworks” all over the walls, Jack’s mood suddenly lifted.

Over the years, Major General had never let his subordinates suffer losses, and today was no exception.

“Yaya, Baba.” After spending a day at the unfamiliar female’s house, the little one finally saw his familiar parents and dropped the crayons in his hands, shouting towards their direction.

Why didn’t the father come to hug Milo? Why did he seem so disdainful?

Little Milo tilted his head, his little brain spinning quickly.

“Yaya, ah.” Unable to figure out the reason, little Milo angrily patted the floor, pouted his small mouth, and turned to Rhys for help.

Rhys approached the little one, bent down, and picked up the dirty little cub in his arms.

The cub lay on the female’s shoulder, giggling happily.

Rhys’s previous set of clothes was torn to pieces by the male, and now, the light yellow shirt was stained dirty again by the cub.

Truly father and son!

Rhys looked at the master who had stepped back several steps with disdain and smiled bitterly.

After bidding farewell to Jack, on the way back, He Qin kept his distance from the cub covered in dust and oil paint.

“You need to take a bath. Look, even your male father doesn’t want to hold you.”

Once inside the house, Rhys’s first step was to carry the little one to the bathroom, strip the tender and white cub naked, and then remove his own clothing, preparing to give the cub a good bath.

Most newborn cub don’t like water, and little Milo was no exception.

“Every time I give him a bath, it’s more exhausting than dealing with enemies on the battlefield.”

Sure enough, the little one didn’t want to enter the baby bath chamber.

Rhys had no choice but to opt for the ancient way of bathing, filling the bathtub with water and getting in first, then placing the cub on his legs.

Closely nestled with his female father, the child felt secure and stopped struggling.

“This is my little one. Let Male father see, is he clean now?”

“Hehe, hehe.”

Father and son played hide-and-seek on the big bed, crawling from left to right. Laughter from both the adult male and the young cub echoed from the bedroom to the bathroom.

Rhys emerged from the bath cabin, smiling gently.

“Ah, hehe, yaya, Dad… Daddy.” As they played, excited little Milo’s belly pointed upward. He first uttered a string of unintelligible language, within which were muffled words ‘Dad.’

“Rhys, come out quickly, my Milo is calling Dad.”

In private during these early days after birth, He Qin still taught the little one the Earth term ‘Dad.’

Perhaps these two syllables were much easier to pronounce than ‘Father,’ so little Milo unintentionally blurted out the two words his father often whispered in his ear.

“Say it again? Follow me, Dad, Dad.”

“Ah, yaya.”

“Come on, say it again, Dad, Dad.”

“Your Highness, you sound just like when Milo calls out ‘Dad.'”

After bathing, Rhys only wore a towel when he stepped out. Upon entering, he saw his master holding the cub and calling him ‘Dad,’ a scene that was simply too stimulating.

After soothing the child to sleep, He Qin personally carried him to the third-floor nursery. Rhys, holding his waist as if it might break, once again felt the repercussions of his slip of the tongue.
