Then he consumed another bottle of medicine because he felt A.I. was not only clearing his fourth meridian but also tempering his own body.

This is more than a normal tempering because his strength wasn't increasing but his vitality was rising. Vitality is the life force of a person. Increasing vitality means increasing the lifespan but there is something more to it.

Increasing vitality also increases the potential of a person. He could feel A.I. was using soul power and mix it with medicine energy to temper his body. This was more than normal tempering since it includes soul power.

Soul power is a rare type of energy. According to the A.I, it can be used for various methods and it is effective as same as in all those methods. Cultivating soul power is the hardest thing to do since it requires treasure with soul energy.

After learning about ten thousand races, Johnny found the only handful of races that could cultivate it. So according to A.I.'s advice, he should get genes that can increase his soul power like Nine-Headed Nightmare Hydra.

Since the spirit is the manifestation of the soul, in other words, the increasing spirit is the same as the increasing soul though it might get a little problem if his soul power didn't get balance with his body. Balance here means the difference between the level of soul and body shouldn't be very high.

A.I was currently handling two jobs at the same time without any decrease in inefficiency.
