LUNA’S SECRET

She gave a little pause to let the insult really sink in then continued , loving the effect each word she uttered had on Lauretta.

"You are less than an Omega , even less than a human , you are absolutely nothing an abomination , you shouldn't even exist, you think we haven't heard?"

"Are you sure you are not here to sabotage our pack or worst still bring it to ruin, I should go to the Alpha and maybe explain clearest to him since he has fallen under whatever spell you have cast witch, that you are a walking disaster that destroys everything in your path without having to lift a finger"

Sarah walked over to were Lauretta sat shaking from rage and unshed tears, each word the other girl uttered tearing into her like piercing blade, because she was not wrong, she should not even be alive, she should have died with her family this was all her fault.

She had no right to sit in another persons pack and berate them, Sarah continued glad that she had finally reduced Lauretta's inflated ego,the tears glimmering in her eyes gave Sarah so much satisfaction.Lauretta could not allow Sarah see her weep. 

"Get out of my room".

Lauretta eyes glowed faintly and Sarah gasped , the voice that came out was chilling , such that Sarah raced out of the room forgetting her earlier prank completely terrified. Lauretta in a fit of rage grabbed the tray and hurled it across the room spilling the entirety of its contents not regretting it one bit, there was no way she was eating anything that was handled by those girls anyway, she wasn't that stupid.

Then she stalked to her door locking it firmly behind her, before laying face flat on her bed and she howled , mourning the loss of her family her pack at some point she must have fallen asleep, only to be rudely woken up by pounding on the door. 

It was her boss Evangeline, Lauretta stood there wondering what to do, her room was a mess but it would be rude not to permit the older woman into her home or keep her standing, she really had no choice. Evangeline gasped when she saw the shattered china littering the floor.

"Child are you okay? What happened here? Did anyone hurt you?".

Evangeline's questions came out in one breath as she looked the tiny girl over relieved to not see any visible injuries but she could certainly tell that the Alpha and Lauretta had become lovers and she wondered if he had hurt her.

"Yes am okay doc, It was actually a very silly mistake , the alpha sent breakfast, I was still have asleep and wasn't looking so I tripped over my shoes and the dishes went everywhere just before you came in, that was why I hesitated at the door, I was completely afraid that you would see me as a total slob".

Lauretta attempted a chuckle and failed miserably. 

Evangeline was not buying it looking at the tear streaks on luna's face, she knew she shouldn't pry if Lauretta didn't want to divulge anymore secrets but she couldn't help herself, she had grown very fond of the girl.

"why then have you been crying, I can tell the Alpha was here did he hurt you?".

Lauretta blushed Scarlet she had forgotten how keen wolf senses can be , of course Evangeline had picked up the scent of their love making, Lauretta wanted to just crawl into bed and never come out but she knew it was impossible.

"No the alpha did not hurt me, he was actually the perfect gentleman, it was mutual". 

Lauretta cleared her throat glanced everywhere but at her boss that had come to be her friend and mentor.

A smile tugged on Evangeline's mouth as she skirted past the broken glass to the bed that served as a chair in Lauretta's room and she gathered the small girl in her arms.

"it's okay to like a man and it's completely normal to make love to him, I won't judge and nobody else had the right to judge you, If I may advice you, it would be to tell you to take contraceptive, you cannot afford to get pregnant for the Alpha no matter how much you like him, you are not a higher born wolf and you have no wolf".

"I understand doc , it's just a fling".

Lauretta tried to sound flippant about the whole thing but deep down it hurt her so much, once upon a time she would have been welcomed in as a Luna of this pack and now all she receives is hate and subtle warning.

Evangeline and Luna talked for a bit ignoring the messy room , until there was a knock on the door and the Alpha came through freshly showered grinning from ear to ear he only frowned when he saw the mess on the floor, with the breakfast he had specifically sent that Omega to bring to Lauretta.

"Good morning Alpha", both women greeted Marcus and he only nodded his acceptance.

His expression turned sour, his eyes demanding as he fixed it on Lauretta demanding an explanation for the mess on the floor, there was also a hint of worry in the gaze he fixed on her barely acknowledging Evangeline.

Evangeline knew it was her cue to leave the two love birds she muttered some excuse about having something to do in the hospital and hurried out. 

"I tripped"

 Lauretta's muttered, that was her only response to the Alpha's inquisition. Seeing him standing there freshly dressed Luna felt bedraggled compared to him and wondered what on earth he was even doing in her room this early.

"I would get someone to clean this up and fetch us something to eat",

Lauretta watched as his eyes glazed over as he seemed to be sending a silent message to someone when he was done he scooped her into his arms and she squealed.

"Am not properly dressed and I haven't showered or brushed put me down, what if someone sees?" .

Lauretta whispers struggling to get off his arm but he only tightened his hold on her , until she gave up fighting, his habds were like vice like grips, her body betrayed her as she leaned into his hold feeling tingly from the top of her head to the sole of her feet. 

She relaxed totally into him enjoying his warmth,as he strode to his room with her in his arms not caring what anyone thought, when he got to his room he dumped her on the king sized bed and Lauretta let her eyes sweep the room.

It was beautiful a masculine way, the wall was painted black, with a desk and few scattered portrait the bed sheet contrasted strongly with the wall as it was a snowy white, the floor were made of solid gold tiles, slowly her eyes came to rest on the man that owned this things, he was looking at her taking in every emotion that crossed her features,

"I am the Alpha of this pack, I owe no one any explanation on who I choose to bed".

"What about your girlfriend? " Lauretta nearly spat the word at him, angry at herself for melting anytime he was near, for feeling so jealous that he had a girlfriend, for forgetting her place and questioning the Alpha. 

"I don't have a girlfriend , Marcus whispered into her ear".

She wasn't sure the moment he had sat beside her on the bed, his breath on her ears, sent shivers down her spine and his fingers found the spot between her legs already slick from her arousal. Lauretta surprised herself by holding the hand playing with her core still.

"I need to shower".

Her voice came out soft but firm, as she raced to the bathroom locking the door shut behind her and leaning into it face flaming . Marcus let out a groan of frustration. How could he explain to her that he had wanted her , when her natural scent was stronger slowly he placed his coated finger to his lips just as the shower started and he groaned at the taste of her feeling himself go painfully hard, he really was pathetic, he had never felt this way towards any woman not even his wife.

Oh how he wanted her, he knew he must take her after her shower and his phallus throbbed painfully in response, as if agreeing with him, reaching down he stroked himself as he waited for her to finish bathing, Lauretta would really be the death of him.
