Chapter 6: Chapter 6
The First Raikage Ai, the First Mizukage Byakuren, the First Tsuchikage Ishikawa, and the First Kazekage Reto.
In the current ninja world, aside from Gensou, the only other ninja who could make these four join forces were Hashirama and the absent Madara.
Speaking of which, why didn't Madara receive such treatment?
Despite the perilous situation he was in, Gensou pondered unhurriedly.
Madara's philosophy was similar to his own, once clamoring for Konoha to unify the ninja world by force. But no one had ever mentioned ganging up on him.
"Maybe this is the advantage of being within the system."
When you mess up, there's always a big brother to cover for you.
Unlike himself, who always thought he was the big brother.
Gensou sighed inwardly, his eyes focusing sharply as he scanned his surroundings.
Reto's ninja blade, Ishikawa's hands, Ai's oncoming punch, and the real threat, Byakuren's Water Prison.
Seeing everything clearly, Gensou quickly responded.
"Chidori Stream!"
Zzzzz~~~ Blinding light illuminated the Four Kage at close range.
Amidst the sharp sounds of a thousand birds chirping, Gensou spread his arms, releasing countless lightning bolts from his body. These bolts not only provided him with defense but also swept outward from him in all directions.
Caught in the electric field, the Four Kage reacted differently.
Underground, Ishikawa grunted, having to release his paralyzed hands.
Conducted through water, Byakuren's body emitted black smoke, and his newly formed Water Prison collapsed with a "pop."
Ai ignored it, continuing his punch without slowing down.
Reto, though affected, gritted his teeth and, with Wind Release chakra effectively countering lightning, he pushed through the discomfort and swung his blade.
Boom!
Amidst the intense pressure and impact, a visible shockwave emerged again.
Through the thick dust, a figure shot backward like a cannonball, spinning several times in mid-air before twisting his waist.
Smack.
Landing heavily, Gensou dragged his feet, creating a long trench.
Pulling his legs from the soil, he stood upright again.
At this moment, his silver Hagoromo clan armor was severely damaged, making him look much more battered than before.
But that was all.
His breath unchanged, Gensou tore off the remnants of his armor.
Though the combined attack of the Four Kage, particularly the threatening Water Prison, had been broken by his move.
Still, they were the Four Kage.
Reto and Ai had managed to leave their marks on him.
But with the defense of Steel Release, the effects were minimal.
The battle continued.
As Gensou tore off his armor, Ai and Reto were already charging at him again.
Their intense fight resumed.
The sharp agility of wind and the violent destruction of lightning were displayed to their fullest in the First Kazekage and the First Raikage.
While Gensou was more comprehensive in chakra abilities, he wasn't much stronger in single nature transformations.
Additionally, both opponents had survived the blood-soaked Warring States era, possessing vast combat experience.
In terms of taijutsu alone, Gensou had no particular advantage.
However, battles are never one-dimensional.
Boom, boom, boom... As Gensou fought intensely with Ai, the strongest in close combat among the Four Kage, his peripheral vision caught sight of Reto's swift and elusive figure.
"Here we go!"
Gensou's eyes shifted.
With Ai drawing his fire from the front, Reto was sneaking in for a fatal strike. This was a battle strategy they had tacitly agreed upon.
Previously, Gensou had suffered due to this unexpected move.
Now it was time for payback.
Gensou allowed Ai to hit him, then suddenly turned and grabbed at the attacking Reto.
Reto's expression remained unchanged.
With Wind Release chakra enhancing his attack, he would strike first.
And indeed, he did.
Seeing Reto's sharp ninja blade about to strike, and his response a step slower, Gensou's eyes narrowed, and his left hand's fingers spread:
"Chidori Sharp Spear!"
While researching Lightning Release chakra, Gensou had also mastered the shape transformation of Chidori.
No one had ever forced him to reveal many of his abilities.
Considering the importance of information in ninja battles, Gensou had never shown this move before.
Now was the time to reap the benefits.
A lightning spear extended rapidly from Gensou's palm, shooting towards Reto at incredible speed.
Reto's face changed dramatically.
Though Gensou was known for developing various Bloodline Limits, little was known about his prowess in shape transformation.
Reto had thought it was normal.
After all, mastering nature transformation so deeply, it was unlikely Gensou had also gone far in shape transformation.
Could he have started researching ninjutsu from the womb?
One couldn't be too monstrous.
Reality slapped Reto hard.
Even Orochimaru, knowledgeable in ninjutsu, was amazed by Sasuke's Chidori Stream.
As the First Kazekage, Reto knew the value of Gensou's move.
There was no time for shock.
Caught off guard, Reto hastily retracted his hand to block.
Rip.
The Chidori Sharp Spear pierced Reto's raised left arm, narrowly missing his head.
Gensou didn't stop there. Using the momentum from Ai's punch, he moved to slice off Reto's left arm with the Chidori Sharp Spear.
Swish, swish, swish... Fine water needles suddenly flew in.
Unnoticed, Byakuren had arrived and couldn't resist intervening.
As the First Mizukage, Byakuren was famous for Water Release and sealing techniques.
Although not as historically entrenched as the Uzumaki clan, his combination of ninjutsu had earned him a great reputation even before the five great ninja villages were established.
This was why, unlike the constantly troubled Sand, Cloud, and Stone villages, the Mist rarely had problems with their tailed beasts.
At this moment, the water needles shot by Byakuren seemed normal but were infused with his unique sealing techniques.
While there were limits to various abilities in the ninja world, sealing techniques were notoriously versatile.
From ordinary ninja to Kaguya Ōtsutsuki, anyone could be sealed.
Aware of the troublesome nature of sealing techniques, Gensou didn't stubbornly resist. He abandoned Reto, leaping rapidly away.
Boom! Boom! Byakuren, Ai, and the injured but persistent Reto chased relentlessly.
As Gensou reached an open area.
Ishikawa finally made his move.
