I will be The Monkey God!

Before all that information reached him, Michu ventured deeper into the monkey lands. He found himself at home, and his race screamed with happiness for visiting this place.

Alas, the polluted air diminished the excitement, and Michu seriously trod within the jungle.

At some point, Michu stumbled upon the village belonging to the monkey race.

The monkeys were going around hunched in their humanoid forms.

Their tails were down and dragged by their weak bodies... Their skin looked rough, and the dark circles vividly spread below their eyes.

If KongFu were here, he probably would've felt the indescribable pain swelling within his heart.

Michu could taste just a little of it, and he wasn't feeling content in the slightest, even if he could feel a little of KongFu's feelings.

He entered the village and extended his toward the old grandma.

He supported her and asked, "Where is your house? I can carry you here."

The old lady turned her eyes slowly toward Michu and looked at his face with palpable shock within her irises. She felt like the monkey prince, or at least the grandson of their monkey god, KongFu, had descended upon them.

No, this prince was looking far better than their previous gods!

No hint of suspiciousness nor danger transpired on her face as she nodded and thanked Michu, "Just a few houses away."

After the directions had been told, Michu took grandma onto his back and slowly carried her here amidst other monkeys in need.

Once Michu put the lady to the bed, he reached for her forehead and said, "Has the poison killed someone already?" He wanted to know the casualties and their numbers.

As for the grandma, she didn't answer immediately.

Michu's hand was cold, and it soothed the pain she had been feeling for a long time. Therefore, the lady took her time, and Michu would never urge her or force her to speak! But seeing her relieved state and that some proper colors returned to her old face, Michu didn't dare to take away his hand and looked over the system messages.

Those flashed with good news!

"The Snake Goddess..." Michu mumbled, then recalled KongFu's words.

As the night approached, Michu reached out for Venomous to prepare for a plan.

He explained the situation, and her words were as such.

[Venomous: Let me infiltrate her lands then.]

[Michu: Would that be okay? I don't want monkeys to suffer more.]

[Venomous: If I appear before her, she will get suspicious, and who knows what she will do. I don't think she would find a connection to you or monkeys, but I won't risk it nonetheless. I want to infiltrate and learn the hierarchy, then I will think of a better plan.]

Yumi wouldn't risk anything, so the talk with 'her mother' wouldn't happen before the final battle.

She reassured her fiance and notified her party of her tomorrow's day.

For tomorrow, The Snake would become the spy!

Yumi was the second person to leave Michu's portal and appear in the monkey village.

Although she made sure not to appear before anyone as who knew what would occur due to her race, Michu was also keeping an eye on it.

He took her into his arms and jumped across the trees.

Her white hair was like the embodiment of freedom as it smoothly flew around under Michu's guidance.

She chuckled and closed her eyes, "This air is kinda perfect for me."

"It's polluted."

"I am The Snake."

"Haha!"

The couple stopped a few kilometers away from the monkey village.

From the older people, Michu had received the map. This map was about the second leaf, but Michu's class reacted to it differently.

It used KongFu's knowledge, so Michu had even better minimap than any other player!

He shared it with Venomous, then bid her farewell, "We will see each other just in real life for a while!"

"It doesn't sound bad." Yumi smiled, "After hard work, I will return and get pampered by you."

"I also want to get pampered," Michu said and crossed his arms.

"We will take turns then," Yumi replied and leaned forward, kissing him.

She asked, "What are you going to do? Do you have a plan?"

"Yes!" Michu nodded a few times and presented his idea. "I will work with monkeys and plant my banana herbs. I will build the banana order here!"

"That's good. Build your powers here, then take the throne. This will notify the snake goddess, and she will rush here... By that time, I will probably be done with my work too." Yumi was all smiles as that was the plan Michu thought of alone.

Though it wasn't anything grand, the monke was doing more independent steps!

And following someone else's plans was also good, particularly if that person was her beloved.

The couple separated, then went their own way.

Michu returned to the monkey village.

Some people were looking out for him, so when they noticed him, they rushed and greeted the monke.

"Mr. Michu!" They said in tandem, then bowed, "We thought you went back to the capital!"

In the monkey capital, the current monkey god resided. Although he was not qualified to be the god due to his race and failed inheritance, he held that position as no one could, and he protected everyone like the real monkey god.

People believed that Michu was from that lineage and was born to be the monkey god or at least someone who would liberate them from such poisonous chains.

Michu nodded and replied, "We are going to free ourselves! For now, help me spread these seeds."

"Yes, Mr. Michu!" The monkeys yet again replied simultaneously and grasped the bags of banana seeds.

They were eager to work, for Michu had saved them from their curse. Now, they followed his guidance and minimap details, then spread all the banana seeds around their village.

It was not a big village, so it took just a week.

After the week, Michu granted one of his skills to the hidden banana herb.

This was the golden banana creation skill, "The Golden Banana Of Purification!" Michu had achieved this feat and spread those bananas to the villagers.

He introduced the hidden banana herb and instructed, "If you put bananas here..." He squatted and put bags of bananas near the special banana herb, "It will disappear and produce the golden banana."

The golden bananas were limited, and Michu's new banana herbs could only produce so much daily.

Of course, the jungle had its bananas, so this was undoubtedly a great help.

"If you properly distribute those bananas, you should be able to keep yourselves clean off the poison. If you cut the banana in a few slices, you get less time, but you can use this way to distribute appropriately across your whole village."

Michu's golden banana had a limited time, just like his soothing touch.

But that was more than enough, and all monkeys dropped onto the ground.

They literally prostrated before him and called him the god! "Thank you, His Majesty, The Monkey God!"
