Arc 5: Chapter 16
The return trip this time was far less eventful, so they were able to step into their abode within what felt like no time at all. Of course, Bianca had gone through most of her drink by that point, the sweet and chilly taste helping wash away the stress that had built up from having to get into yet another fight, and what she did there.
“May I use your room? I understand there’s an empty spot there regardless, and it would be simpler to converse that way,” Yu Juan asked, “Of course, if not-”
“No no, go ahead, we might as well go together,” Bianca said, the notion of experiencing the dancer’s dreams still fresh in her mind, “Though, perhaps it would be wise to use the bathroom first. I think we all had a bit to drink.”
“That might be wise… though I do have this for you. Treat it as a gift,” Yu Juan smiled as she held out a stack of yellow papers that she split in half with a simple move of her finger, “They’re cleansing talismans, useful for… a variety of things. They’re actually more fit to be called purification talismans, since they won’t really clean your body entirely, but… Well, if you’re the sort of person to be interested, you’ll understand from that alone.”
“What does that…” although Bianca started muttering a question, Yu Juan had already stepped away, leaving her and Song Ming with the talismans, “Uh… Guess we should head in.”
“Mhm… Cleansing talismans, and so many of them too…” Song Ming looked to be more focused on those yellow pieces of paper, quickly counting them, “Fifty for both of us. And… is it just me, or are these talismans a little similar to my runes? Not in terms of design, but… you know- or, maybe you don’t…”
“I don’t, but if you can learn something from these, go ahead. Having a purification skill of some kind on hand without needing some pieces of paper would be useful,” she shrugged, “How do these things work… never mind that. Should we head in, or would you also…”
“I… I think I’ll be alright for the moment, Mistress,” Song Ming said, smiling when she was able to use her preferred word without anyone else distracting her, “I’ll wait for you if you have to go, though.”
“… Guess I’ll abstain as well. Besides, I still haven’t finished this,” Bianca held up her cup and chuckled.
They stepped inside and Song Ming went straight for the bed, dropping into it with clothes and shoes still on.
“Hah~… I didn’t realise I was so tired, but… hah…”
“Feel free to relax, my pet, though… not sure when, but I do want us to have some time alone, remember? No dick, no weird skills, no… come to think of it, when I affected Yu Juan’s mind, could it be the same as… same as what’s affecting you?”
“Affecting… like, my energy, and… well, I do feel a lot more open to calling you Mistress and doing whatever you say than I think I felt at first, though, at the same time, I have just grown to be more familiar with you…”
“Right… So, let’s assume that it’s purely your physique that’s being changed. You are getting a lot of my energy, after all, and that’s what got Yu Juan’s mental image to recover…”
“Hm… I don’t know. What about it?”
“If it is the same, then… didn’t your energy start changing a little bit before we started sharing it while you practise your physique?” Bianca recalled, pacing back and forth in the room, “If it did, then the only thing that could’ve shared our energies… Demon’s Commanding Rod?”
“Your cock? You think it-”
“You’re drooling again.”
“Ah! S-Sorry… But, you think that when we dual cultivate, you’ve been polluting my energy?”
“Mhm, and possibly more. It’s hard to be completely certain, since… well, I know fuck all about cultivation still, but it sounds to me like it’s possible. So, we should… try to figure out what exactly the full extent of my energy’s influence is. I don’t want to harm you in any way, or harm anyone else that I affect with this… You know?”
“Of course I do, Bianca. I know. I know you care about me, and about doing the right thing…” Song Ming sat up in the bed, her blonde hair a little messy after their day out – and the lie down, “Don’t worry, we’ll figure it out, but I’m sure it’s nothing harmful… You’re a sweetheart, a wonderful person that wouldn’t hurt someone unless they hurt you first. Besides, the archetype you’ve got has a demonic aura, but so what? It’s just that, an aura. You’ve done nothing but protect yourself with it, same as you would’ve with any other archetype.”
“Yeah, but… Hard not to worry when the whole thing makes me thing of a demonic, flaming, hateful skull, rather than peace, flowers and… you know, that sort of thing.”
“What about beautiful women kissing? Would you wish to be imagining any of that?” Song Ming smiled, leaning forward and pulling her dress open a little, showcasing some of her gorgeous cleavage, “Because I’d be happy to put more of that into your life regardless. At any moment.”
“I know that too, my pet…” Bianca couldn’t help but smile back, taking in Song Ming’s beauty in its entirety, “If we do ever get that sect, let’s make sure that there’s some place that nobody can bother us. Somewhere that we can just… relax. If anyone dares to come in, they get a spanking and… well, whatever else I can fathom.”
“Heh, I’m sure that can be arranged, Mistress. We-”
At that moment, the door opened, and Yu Juan stepped inside, realising almost instantly that she was interrupting, “Ah… Should I…”
“… No, you might as well step in. We’ll have plenty of time to… well, have fun with one another.”
“Aw… but okay, I’ll keep you to that,” Song Ming nodded and smiled, “And to everything else you promised. I want to have a day to ourselves soon enough, without everything else getting in the way. It’s been too long since we’ve last had the chance.”
“You two are quite lovely together. I hope that your, uh, relationship prospers and grows… Though it’s hard for me to say much. I’m not used to saying things like this given my line of work.”
Yu Juan chuckled awkwardly, taking a seat on the other bed.
“Well… I suppose not many would go to the Dancer’s Abode if they had someone to be with already.”
“Yes, precisely. Or, to say it as many would, if they had someone to fuck, they wouldn’t need to pay prostitutes for it. Of course, a few couples come along with the intention to have fun with a third… some even pay for someone with a huge cock to fuck their wife – or husband, even – while they watch, which… is something, to be sure.”
“… I’m not sure what to do with that information,” Bianca said, a glance confirming that Song Ming was just as befuddled.
“That… made me think of a man naked, and I feel rather uncomfortable,” Song Ming muttered, looking back at Bianca, “Mind if I think about your… dick for a second?”
“Wha… You know what, fine, now that you put that image into my head as well, anything is better than that.”
“… Perhaps I should’ve considered my audience for that little detail. The both of you only like women?”
“Mhm.”
“Yes. I may not have had many experiences throughout my life, but… I’m pretty sure being disgusted by the thought isn’t a sign of interest.”
“No, not at all…” Yu Juan nodded, thinking for a moment, “It’s good you mention this, since, well, if I was asked to make a dream for one of you, I might’ve made a mistake and given you a poor experience. Anything else for me to know… if you want to experience my dreams, that is.”
“Uh… Well, this might not be relevant to the dreams, but… if you travel with us, you’ll figure out anyway, so,” Bianca pointed to her shorts, the lack of bulge on it being rather conspicuous once she drew attention to it, “I don’t actually have a cock normally, it’s… some kind of dual cultivation technique. Also, I don’t have any memories prior to a few months ago, so… if I don’t understand something obvious, usually about cultivation, then that’s why.”
“Uh-huh. Right… Wait, what?”
“I mean, I can just show you my pussy if that’s what you want, but-”
“No need, I… I was just surprised that such a thing is possible. Simply creating genitalia through a dual cultivation technique… is it merely a matter of using it?”
“Yep, I just wish for it and it grows, though I can’t get rid of it without cumming, which… is annoying, so I’m not showing it off for you. Besides, the intention had originally been to help Song Ming remember the wonders of a regular woman’s touch, so I’m not about to sabotage that,” Bianca explained.
“Sorry for… well, prodding at the subject, then. How about I provide you with a dream in return, something simple until Xue Yaling returns?”
“Well, I suppose it can’t hurt. Song Ming, unless you had other ideas…”
“Hm, I’m rather curious as well, to be honest. What are these dreams like, what sorts of things they can show… I’ll happily watch it happen, if you do it now.”
Yu Juan raised an eyebrow, “And what about later?”
“Later, I think I’ll fall asleep… and visit the bathroom before that,” Song Ming chuckled.
“Hm, and where… no, don’t mind me, just thinking to myself,” she shook her head, though both Song Ming and Bianca couldn’t help but frown as they pondered what exactly she had been trying to suggest, “Anyway, Bianca, if you would like to experience it, then just lie down and let me affect you with my technique. While I am able to exert certain influences, like… say, making you more interested in spending money in the Dancer’s Abode… I promise that I will not do anything of the sort to you, Song Ming, Xue Yaling or anyone else that ends up coming with us, unless you wish for it.”
“Why would I wish for it? Just curious, to be honest.”
“If you were to be having difficult times, perhaps struggling to overcome some fear or something of the sort, then I could create a dream that specifically focuses on those things, guiding you away from said fear. It’s not… the most fool proof thing, since I don’t directly control or view the dreams unless I focus purely upon a single dream for a long period of time, but still, even then… let’s just say that there are a lot of limits for the moment.”
“I got that, sure. So, what kind of dream can I get?”
“Well… anything, really. Unless I descend so deeply into your dream that I’m there with you, which I’ve only ever done once, as practise, the amount that I understand and control varies from a single, main driving idea and emotion, to the general gist of things. Concepts, a flow to events, that sort of thing.”
“Meaning…”
“If you want to see an image of something you cherish, and you spending time with that person or thing, then that’s all I’d need to know to make your dream, and I wouldn’t find out what it was unless I immersed myself into the dream alongside you.”
“Ah, I see, so it would be my head that imagines it… So, what if I asked for something I didn’t know? Like… like home?” Bianca paused as she recalled her enduring lie, swapping out whatever other ideas she had floating around her mind, “Would your idea of home be brought in instead, or would I just imagine something that felt right?”
“When it comes to specific things like that, I will either be able to draw it from the depths of your mind, or the dream would be less solid and more of… emotions. As soon as you wake up, you’d feel like you got what you wanted, but you’d be unable to recall any details.”
“So, if it’s something I don’t know, then… vague images?”
“Mhm.”
“So, to use an example that seems to be more applicable to most people, if I asked for the strongest technique in all the world, your dream would…”
“Give you the feeling that you saw it, but nothing more. If you had enough knowledge or comprehension, you might leave the dream with inspiration to improve your own technique and skills, or perhaps even create something entirely new, but that’s still up to you.”
“Hm… and you don’t see what happens in the dreams you cause, even if you control them?”
“As I said, no. I would have to dive very deeply in to get more than mere ideas. Of course, if, for example, you requested a dream of your significant other, but then I saw your dream start to involve someone else, and your focus go towards them, I could make certain guesses, but… that’s not too common of a situation.”
“… I’m starting to think that you’re into that sort of thing.”
“W-What? No, it’s just… um… it comes up a lot more often than you may think. I hear about it roughly every other time I get involved with any of the work around here, so…” Yu Juan sighed, “Trust me, that’s not something I’m into… unless-”
“Don’t start. Anyway… let’s try a dream of yours. Perhaps it will be a fun experience.”
“Sure. Tell me a few of the things you’d want to see, and I could even give you a few dreams in one go, though none will be especially long then.”
“Eh, sure. Then… how about we try an image of home, and then… my deepest desire, maybe? Heh, I don’t know what kind of dream to even ask for, but it would be interesting to see what my mind throws out for both of those,” Bianca suggested, though her motivation was a little different than she would admit.
Of course, the former request was so that she could spend some time in a familiar land with familiar people, the comfy streets that could only exist on Orbis, and not here. She knew what she’d get, though she would have to pretend otherwise if she wanted to keep up the charade for long enough.
However, her second request was more along the lines of what she claimed she wanted. She had no idea about the deepest desire within her mind, the thing that she wanted the most, but if she understood this whole dream thing correctly, she should be able to glean an insight into her subconscious thanks to it.
Bianca didn’t have a good guess about what she’d see. Perhaps it would be returning home, or maybe a peaceful night with Song Ming where… well, perhaps she would wish for a family, so it would involve her starting one, since she was very much on her way to accepting using a cock, if not the effects that it might well have on others. It may be that her desire would be to earn wealth, or fame, or perhaps even bring some of her own world into this one, creating a land akin to the Dancer’s Abode so that she would have familiar scenery even here.
Had she known the answer, she wouldn’t need to do this, but since she was promised that she’d be the only one to see the dream in full, she concluded it would be a decent idea to have a look.
“Trying to use my dreams to explore yourself, are you? Well, fair enough, if you’ve lost your memories, then that’s something I ought to do for you. As a friend.”
“I hope it works, Mistress,” Yu Juan said, her eyes seeming to spark a little, “If you could get even a bit of your memories back, then… Perhaps you’d finally be able to fit in here and not have to suffer from everything feeling so… alien to you… I’ll be praying to the heavens for this to succeed, okay, Bianca? I’ll wish you all the best.”
“Thanks, sweetie. So, uh, what do I do?”
“Just lie down, and don’t try and stop my energy. I’ll guide you into sleep, and then I’ll weave the dreams that you requested. I’ll watch for the progression of concepts in your mind, and once you seem to be done with one dream, I’ll move you onto the next. From our perspective, even the longest dreams might last no more than a few minutes, so feel free to involve yourself in them as much as you like.”
“You mean I’ll have control?”
“Well, you already know that you’ll be dreaming, and I intend to give you enough cognition to function in the dream as you might outside it, so… yeah. You may forget that you’re in a dream once you’re in there, though.”
“Ah, guess that makes sense… Well, let’s go. Put me under – or something.”
She laid down on the bed, with Song Ming occupying a spot next to her and Yu Juan taking a seat on her other side.
“Alright, relax and shut your eyes. Sleep well, Bianca.”
