Chapter 134: Shisui of the Body Flicker
When Fugaku laid eyes on Komeko, who had unveiled her true self and adorned herself, he found himself momentarily stunned. The revelation took him by surprise; she looked every bit like a princess. Fugaku, who had only speculated before, now confirmed his earlier guess.
Comparing her to Koyuki Kazahana, a princess from the Land of Snow, Fugaku couldn't help but think that Komeko was undoubtedly more impressive.
Fortunately, he was not as unrestrained as before, and Komeko's attire was modest, sparing him the embarrassment he had felt when encountering Tsunade. He could, at most, admire her from a distance.
Upon hearing Fugaku's compliment on her beauty, Komeko smiled in response, "Thank you, Yasuo-sama, for your praise."
"I'm just telling you the truth, but I'm a ninja, so please keep it a secret, at least for now."
Fugaku picked up a book from the shelf, flipping through a few pages. The details of tonight's events were known only to her mother, daughter, and Kenji, ensuring its secrecy.
Komeko nodded. "Don't worry, Yasuo-sama, we will surely keep this secret for you."
Her mother had shared the legend of the box with her, and while Miyamoto remained oblivious to its contents, her ninja background allowed her to make informed guesses. Witnessing the astounding battle, Komeko was grateful to Fugaku for his assistance.
Komeko's mother, too, recognized the stroke of luck and insight in seeking a samurai's help, leading to the discovery of a powerful ally.
She marveled at Fugaku's strength, knowing he had triumphed over the legendary Box of Bliss, his prowess rivaling that of leaders from 5 great countries.
Despite her curiosity, she refrained from asking about his identity since neither Fugaku nor Jiraiya bore forehead protectors.
"Do you have any other books here that have this pattern, besides this chronicle?" Fugaku closed the book in his hand and returned it to the shelf, inquiring about the distinctive pattern.
Komeko pondered for a moment and replied, "This is the only one I have seen among the books I have read."
"Really?" Fugaku frowned. "How many books have you read here?"
"Well… I think… I have read them all."
"What?" Fugaku was stunned. Was she a scholar? With nearly 2,000 books, all with considerable thickness and brushwriting, her accomplishment was indeed impressive.
He sighed and left the library, considering the possibility of finding more information in the Konoha library or the Fire Daimyo's collection.

Ten days later, in a tranquil corner of Konoha Village in the Land of Fire, a dark-haired young woman cradled a three-month-old baby under a sprawling tree.
Engaged in conversation with a nine-year-old boy, the air carried a somber note as he sported the distinctive attire of the Uchiha clan, his expression tinged with sadness.
"Shisui, I heard that you opened your eyes not long ago. And they are directly two tomoes, is that true?" Mikato inquired with concern.
"Yes, Aunt Mikato," Shisui replied respectfully.
Mikato sighed, acknowledging the harsh reality. "This world is like this; you can't look away form it."
The awakening of the Sharingan was intimately linked to the loss of a relative, a bitter truth ingrained in the clan's consensus.
The Sharingan awakening, but it came at the cost of blood and tears, a painful reality Mikato was too familiar with.
"I know that I have been prepared for this, but I still feel bad," Shisui confessed, his young voice carrying a surprising weight of life's experiences.
Mikato, aware of Shisui's mature demeanor, couldn't help but be moved by the sight of this nine-year-old, who seemed wise beyond his years.
Before she could respond, Mikato's attention was diverted by two figures approaching the village entrance. Laughing and conversing animatedly, the unexpected sight left her stunned.
"Fugaku? Lord Jiraiya?" Mikato wondered aloud, perplexed. Wasn't her husband still on the battlefield? Why had he returned, and why was he in the company of Lord Jiraiya?
-----------------------------
At the village entrance, Jiraiya shot a bemused look at Fugaku beside him.
"You went around the grass capital, and you actually bought these things?" he exclaimed, surprised by the unexpected side clan head of the Uchiha . "I really didn't expect that the clan head of the Uchiha was actually that kind of person!"
"You don't understand, you single dog. Don't you think women look good in these?" Fugaku responded proudly, unabashed by Jiraiya's astonishment.
During this time, Jiraiya had learned the meaning of "single dog," and Fugaku's words left him with black lines, finally understanding what kind of person he is.
Having wasted over ten days on a journey to the Country of Grass, Fugaku had bought maid and customized nurse clothes. Jiraiya couldn't fathom why he would engage in such activities.
"Never mind, your wife is here; I'd better go to the village to take a bath and rest well. I'll talk to you later!" Jiraiya bid his goodbye, clearly unable to fathom Fugaku's antics.
Fugaku watched Jiraiya leave thoughtfully. "No wonder when I fought with that monster that day, he only used fire release. It turns out that Minato hasn't developed the Rasengan yet."
Although the trip to the Country of Grass seemed peculiar, it yielded substantial gains.
Fugaku had Sharingan evolved into a Mangekyo Sharingan and discovered the secrets of awakening his Sharingan. Moreover, he had clarified his goals and gathered clues about the pendant.
"Husband, why are you back?" Mikato's voice, filled with concern, interrupted Fugaku's reflections. The sight of his beautiful wife after three months brought a feeling of joy at their reunion.
"First, Mikato, let's go home," Fugaku said, stepping forward to pick up his son. they walked towards their house.
Looking at the child in his arms, Fugaku sighed, reflecting on the reality of being a father.
"Did you get hurt on the front line?" Mikato's concern warmed Fugaku's heart.
"Of course not; who is your husband? I'm the strongest person in the world. Some sand ninjas, how can they hurt me?" Fugaku replied.
"You're bragging!!" Mikato teased, her words revealing her admiration for her strong husband.
While she knew Fugaku's strength, she hadn't witnessed the full extent of it, having only seen him use the Chidori in their time together since marriage.
