008: Myth.
Geddon looked to his right and seen a pools of lava coming down like a waterfalls. In the distance he seen numerous mountains that had darken clouds and blue lightning around them. It was very dark but at the same time the lava and continuous lightning illuminated most of that area. There was only one star in the sky above.
“What is this place? Where did everyone go?!” Geddon began to panic and waved his hands in the air.
“DID I DIE IS THIS MY AFTERLIFE”?!
Geddon stopped wailing his arms when he heard a booming sound. Out the pool of lava an enormous dark green Tortoise emerged from it, with diamond crystals all over his shell and legs.
“What the fuck is that a Tortoise, he’s as big as a building?!” He thought to himself. He grabbed for his sword but realized that he doesn’t even have it.
The Tortoise raised its head and opened its mouth. Lava poured down from it like one of the waterfalls on the others.
“R…u…n…t…o…m…e…”
The area shook as the Tortoise slowly talked.
When the last letter was said, Geddon felt an enormous amount of pressure behind him. He turned around suddenly and his jaw dropped.
Behind Geddon a red Dragon with multi colored scales, sharp talons, a horned beak and the head of an Owl emerged from the darkness seemingly from the shadows itself. The scales were all along its body except for its head. It looked at Geddon with hungry bright yellow eyes.
“Whoever you are, your spirit is tantalizing”. It spoke in a booming voice.
Geddon didn’t know what else to do but to stand frozen in place. He felt immense fear of what he was looking at and having no weapon to defend himself. He watched in horror as three more large creatures came from behind the Dragon.
One was an enormous blue Whale that looked like it was wholly the spirit of one. It illuminated just like a Jellyfish which allowed Geddon to see the other creatures greatly.
The second was a large Snake who had Spider legs along both sides of his body. It raised its head high and multiple eyes pierced Geddon. It wrapped itself on the shoulders on the last creature, a huge human like being that felt anything but that. His skin was made of black obsidian and towered over all the other ones.
As they walked towards Geddon he met with his flight or fight, with him choosing flight.
Without giving it thought, Geddon ran to the Tortoise. It picked him up by its mouth and sunk back in the lava pool. Geddon watched in horror as it opened its mouth and lava started to pour in.
Geddon felt as though whatever this is, surely he had been defeated in battle and now this is his torment. Geddon stopped being frantic and accepted it. He sat on the Tortoise’s tongue as the lava poured onto his body.
The horrific screams of Geddon Nova were muffled to the outside. The lava disintegrated his body, having the feeling of hitting his soul which he couldn’t explain.
“GEDDON CONCENTRATE!” A familiar voice shouted. Geddon blinked and was pushed on the ground by Aim. Braun caught up to them and began to furiously punch Aim with a flurry of punches.
Two punches to the head, then three to his body, then the final one he focused on his arm of all places. Aim’s arm slightly bent as he fell to the ground screaming.
“Bone Secret.” Braun said watching Aim squirm and scream below him.
Geddon was confused at what all that happened. One moment he thought he had died and accepted an infinite loop of whatever atrocities that he had to go through in the afterlife, but now he was back into the fight and those minutes of terror seemed like mere seconds where he is now.
Aim got up and composed himself holding his arm, then snapping it back in place.
“You think this is enough?!” He said with a huff. Because of Geddon’s lack of presence in the fight, Aim is badly wounded and his stamina is getting lower.
“For a peasant you surely show great endurance, you are truly different. A blank canvas that can be dyed Divine with the right environment.” Braun said to Aim.
“That’s my friend!” Geddon screamed grabbing Braun’s attention. “No, more than a friend, that’s my BROTHER”!
Aim began to tear up hearing those words.
Geddon grabbed his Sword off the ground beside him and took his stance.
“Oh? I wanted to save you for last.” Braun laughed.
Geddon looked at Aim who he seen was gravely injured. He gritted his teeth in frustration.
“I know Lee will explain it to the Lord of Foresun and I’ll explain it to my mom but…if the White Crown Army wants my corpse then come and take it”!
Even though Geddon knew he would be throwing himself potentially right in the face of death, he didn’t care, he wanted to protect his comrades and come out victorious.
