Andy swore to the gods that he was being truthful.

Dumbledore had indeed told Andy to keep the Malfoy business a secret.

Andy had simply left out part of the story.

As for the divination, there was not a single false word in it. No matter who Snape asked for confirmation, they would all give the same answer.

It was just a matter of the timing being wrong.

And that had led to... Snape becoming a little agitated.

Snape has been in a bad mood lately because he is lost on the path of life.

Snape wants to resurrect Lily, but after witnessing everything in the Death Chamber, he finds he cannot bear the consequences of resurrecting Lily.

Anyone who knew how to create a Horcrux could more or less guess the truth.

To be honest, this was a perfect time to take advantage of the situation.

If Andy pushed a little harder, he might be able to drive a wedge between Snape and Dumbledore and form an alliance with Snape, the master potion maker.

He wanted to resurrect Lily and also get rid of Voldemort without hurting Harry.
