Genshin Impact: I spread the Pokemon to Teyvat

Chapter 6: Chapter 6

The second Poké Ball flashed with light.

The Goddess of Dreams, Cresselia, revealed her beautiful form.

Her body resembled a swan made of exquisite blue glass. The crescent shape on her head represented her identity as the incarnation of the crescent moon. Bright, aurora-colored planetary rings surrounded her.

Wow, it's beautiful.

Takumi was in a good mood. Her appearance was breathtaking.

No matter how you look at it, Cresselia is a Legendary Pokémon with powerful abilities, and her strength was surely not weak.

The "appearance" attribute was very important. Who wouldn't love a Pokémon that could both fight and be beautiful?

Even better, Cresselia was only female!

There wouldn't be an awkward situation like with Vulpix or Ralts—who are obviously adorable but sometimes end up being male when caught.

She's perfect.

Cresselia, the Goddess of Dreams, looked softly at the trainer who had released her, her gem-like eyes gleaming.

Takumi waved in greeting:

"Hello, Cresselia. I'm Takumi. Please take care of me from now on."

Cresselia's gentle and melodic voice echoed in Takumi's heart:

"Please take care of me as well, Takumi."

As a Psychic-type Legendary Pokémon, telepathy was a basic ability, so no points for surprise there.

Takumi clicked his tongue.

He circled around Cresselia's blue, glassy swan-like body, looking at her in awe. The female Legendary Pokémon seemed a bit shy.

"Takumi~"

"Why are you looking at me like that?" she asked in a gentle yet slightly panicked tone.

Takumi shamelessly replied:

"I'm just memorizing my initial Pokémon's features."

"You should be thankful I haven't started petting you yet!"

Cresselia, seemingly having the demeanor of a big sister, was consistent in her calmness. After her initial surprise, she no longer avoided Takumi's unabashed gaze.

"Unfortunately, there are no high-quality energy cubes in the store at the moment..."

Takumi rummaged through the energy cube shelves, stopping in front of the Psychic-type section.

The products on these shelves were automatically restocked by the system every day.

One of the perks of being a store manager was that Takumi didn't need to worry about product availability if he needed to use something himself.

"Found it—a high-grade energy cube for the Psychic type."

"By the way, Cresselia, what flavor do you like? Spicy? Are you a hot-tempered girl?" Takumi teased.

Cresselia, realizing that her trainer loved teasing others, gathered her composure.

"I like sweet things..." she replied, suppressing the last trace of shyness from their first meeting.

Takumi nodded in understanding. "Of course, you're a girl, so sweet is your preference."

"Here—"

He took out a box of high-grade energy cubes made mainly of sweet persimmon fruit and placed it in front of Cresselia.

"Enjoy."

After that, he stopped teasing the Dream Goddess and picked up Jirachi, who was sound asleep on the sofa.

Jirachi's soft, flexible body felt like a plush pillow in Takumi's arms.

He picked up the remote control, turned on the large-screen TV in the store, and started watching a show.

In Teyvat, the signal for the Pokédex and other communication devices was surprisingly good. Takumi was quite sure that the system had embedded some form of signal technology into his body—possibly a "system chip" serving as the transmission station for quantum communication.

Regardless, Takumi couldn't get rid of the system, so he decided to relax and enjoy this blessed life as the "Pokémon Creator of Teyvat."

Cresselia, chewing the sweet energy cubes, had her gemstone eyes half-closed in enjoyment.

When she heard the sound from the TV, Cresselia cast a soft gaze toward the young store owner on the sofa.

"Please take care of me from now on."

Liyue Harbor was neither small nor large.

As the most prosperous trade city in Teyvat, rumors spread throughout the city overnight.

What's more, the holders of Visions were all part of a social circle. Even if they were not close friends, they were more or less aware of each other's existence.

And Hu Tao was an anomaly. Haven't heard of the "Hilichurl Ballad" by Hall Master Hu Tao?

Then you must not be from Liyue Harbor!

The viral power of the "Hilichurl Ballad" was astounding.

Within just one night, almost all Vision holders knew that Hu Tao had spent fifty million Mora on a special pet.

Famous figures in Liyue, upon learning this, commented with a mix of surprise, wide-eyed astonishment, and disbelief that the usually wise Hall Master Hu Tao had been deceived.

As for Hu Tao, after leaving the Pokémon House, she drove the carriage back to Wangsheng Funeral Parlor.

She asked Lao Meng, her assistant, to arrange the carriage.

Hu Tao herself carefully picked up the sleeping Gible from the soft blanket on the driver's seat.

Even in deep sleep, Gible's large mouth remained open, drooling even more.

"Haha, such a drooly little monster."

"So young, and already with so many sharp teeth—it doesn't look scary at all," she chuckled.

Carrying Gible back to her room, she placed it on her fragrant bed. Hu Tao lay beside it, supporting her head with her hand, her expression full of joy, as she admired her new partner. She kept staring at Gible until she eventually dozed off.

Early the next morning...

"Hu Tao—"
