To get even stronger, I needed to Tier Up my Ascendancy Law Ring as much as I possibly could, and also hope that the Divinity, Divine Ability, and Divine Treasure Cores get to 100% Growth while I do so, so I can get to Rank 11 from Rank 10, which I've been stuck for way too long.
Once I reach Rank 11, I can finally begin calling myself a real Venerable, as it is a Realm only Venerables can achieve at all. Even those that will never become Venerables can get to Rank 10 and become near unparalleled Gods after all, as it has happened with my friends and family.

"Can the Ring of Creation grow stronger too?" I asked her.
"It still developing," Andromeda said. "And don't worry either way, all new Rings you obtain will grow stronger alongside your main Ring, so there's no issue and you shouldn't worry about growing them independently. This also comes with the limitation that they cannot get their own Cores, but that's the same for every Venerable, I believe."

"Can I infuse them with energy or materials to force them to max their growth?" I wondered.
"I'm afraid you can't, for now," she said. "They have reached a very high level of power, so if
you do something incorrectly or force it to grow stronger, the cores might shatter! So be
careful, Drake."
"Wait, they can shatter?! Ah hell no, I'm not forcing it... I wouldn't want to ruin everything
like an idiot, let's be patient for now." I nodded.
