Chapter 0: Prologue
Have you ever heard of Pluchik’s wheel of emotions?
This means that human emotions are made up of eight basic emotions and two of those primary emotions combine to form secondary emotions.
The eight basic emotions are Joy, Sadness, Trust, Disgust, Fear, Anger, Surprise, and Expectation.
A combination of these emotions brings forth emotions such as Love, which is born from Joy and Trust, and Rejection, which is born from Surprise and Sadness.
On a cold winter’s day, a myriad of emotions were born in an empty, jet-black world. However, they did not know what emotions were. All they knew was the word ‘emotion’ and its meaning.
Therefore, even if they could explain what emotions were, they could neither feel it nor did they try to understand what it was.
Many gods appeared in that world. The gods taught them about emotions, and they acquired intelligence.
This is the creation myth of a certain world.
The Myth of Creation…is the story of how the world came to be. There are many different creation myths in different parts of the world.
It always goes the same way, and it does not matter whether it is another world or a game world.
We understand that we do not know anything about it. That’s why we want to know about it.
That’s why we are who we are.
Then God told us one day. That someday, a being who will teach us something important will appear. And when that time comes, he told us to choose for ourselves and to travel with that being into the Great World to learn what was important to us.
Since that day, God had disappeared. And so, we waited for that fateful day to come.
I wonder how much time has passed? Then, the day we have been waiting for finally arrived.
One day, a man with many emotions came to the world where we were the only ones on it and we became influenced by the encounter with a human who possessed emotions.
And after that, I watched him from an empty space.
I wished to commune with him, who was clad in an air of tenderness.
And that was how it all started.
