DxD: Infernal Destroyer

Chapter 149: DxD 0149: Enemy Territory

The rest of Abaddon's day could only be described by a single word, flowery. He hung out with Rias for a few hours and she was somehow able to sneak in two quickies with him that left her both satisfied and excited for the upcoming month of training that they would have.

After that, Abaddon almost had to pry Rias off of himself since it was time for his date with Sona. She eventually relented and returned to the Occult Research Clubroom to finalize things with Irina.

As for Abaddon, he was quick to kidnap Sona from the Student Council's room, leaving after winking at Tsubaki as he ignored Sona's grunts and protests alongside the uncomfortable looks from her peerage. Unlike Tsubaki, the rest of Sona's peerage comprised newly converted devils and they all considered Saji a close comrade. With Abaddon blatantly antagonizing the man, it was easy to deduce that they weren't very fond of Sona's romantic choices. Even Tsubaki was an outlier simply because she lived with Abaddon and the others, getting to know everyone much better.

"Let me down …" Sona pawed at Abaddon's shoulder to make him free her but his arm had a vice-like grip around her waist, having slung her across his shoulder.

"In a bit," Abaddon said with amusement, giving her bare thigh a squeeze.

"At least don't push my skirt up further!" Sona acted outraged as Abaddon's hand came close to her ass.

"It's not my fault Kuoh has such short skirts," He said. "All I have to do is to blow a gust of wind and everything's visible."

"Abaddon!" Sona's cheeks were rightfully burning with embarrassment as she angrily hit his back with her fists.

"Fine. Fine, I'll let you down." He told her, calming Sona down. Before she could get a view of her surroundings, she found her feet planted on the floor as her eyes focused on Abaddon's chin.

Instinctively looking up to meet his eyes, a blank expression appeared on Sona's face, "I lost a shoe …" She felt the bare stone floor with her foot and realized that she only had one shoe on.

"How tragic," Abaddon smiled. "Should I worry about a prince charming coming to look for you with that shoe?"

"I find myself relating to her Fairy Godmother more than Cinderella," Sona quipped with an amused smile. "Maybe my shoe will curse someone to a life of misfortune."

"Yeah, then who am I going to be?" Abaddon asked, "Fairy Godfather doesn't sound like the most appealing title."

"You, Abaddon," Sona said, poking her finger in the middle of Abaddon's chest, "are the devil who kidnaps Cinderella before she is able to meet her Prince Charming and takes the Fairy Godmother hostage, forcing her to watch you defile the heroine of the fairytale."

Abaddon made a weird expression, making Sona blush, "I couldn't come up with anything on the spot, okay?" She said defensively, stepping back and crossing her arms. "Where are we, anyway?" Feeling the urge to change the topic, she turned to look at her surroundings. Before Abaddon could even say anything, her eyes opened wide as she finally took in the view of the surroundings, "When …"

"You underestimate me, my dear Sona," Abaddon wrapped an arm around her waist and pulled her close while holding her chin with the other, making her look at him. "I can turn you from a free devil into a helpless damsel tied up in my dungeon before you even process that turn of events. Teleporting us without letting you sense it is hardly a difficult task." Not even letting her breathe out, Abaddon's lips were pressing against hers, pulling her into a deep kiss as they overlooked the city of water, Venice.

Sona's arms tightened around Abaddon's back as she mewled into his mouth and conveyed her passion and glee as best as she could through that kiss. They only separated as Abaddon pulled Sona away from himself.

"I never thought you would bring me to such a thoughtful spot for a date," Sona said. "But we should leave before the church starts making a fuss about two unauthorized devils, we're awfully close to the Vatican."

"Don't worry so much," Abaddon said. "For all they know, we're two mortal tourists who are exploring the city. I've already prepared everything."

"Really?" She asked, her eyes hopeful, "I've always wanted to check this city out, but with the overwhelming church presence, I could never come here. Especially the political ramifications —"

"Shh," Abaddon put his finger on her lips, "Let's just enjoy our date, okay?"

The wide smile that graced Sona's lips, reaching even her eyes, formed ever-so-faint crescents that left Abaddon feeling lost in her violet orbs that matched perfectly with her older sister's.

"You're the best," Sona reached up on her tip-toes and pecked Abaddon's lips happily, "Let's go then."

Matching the flowery theme of Abaddon's day, he and Sona enjoyed many beautiful and downright beguiling locations in one of the most romantic cities on Earth.

Sona had changed from her school uniform into a different skirt alongside a turtleneck that hugged her torso beautifully, she also put on matching heels to replace the single school loafer that she had on previously, the height increase was a boon for her since it allowed her to almost match up to Abaddon's height. Now, she only had to slightly tilt her head up to meet his eyes instead of having to look up all the way.

As the date progressed, some accessories gradually appeared on Sona. A corsage on her left wrist, a violet orchid in her hair — matching her eyes, and a longer-term accessory, a necklace with a pendant that had a flower engraved on it, matching the general aesthetic of flowers that Sona had going on.

By the time their date was to end, they were on a boat that ran all the way to the end of the canal. It had a full candle-light dinner prepared for the two of them with a pre-ordered meal ready to be eaten. Needless to say, Sona was ecstatic to enjoy a romantic meal with him under the moonlight and graced by the beautiful melody of the violin in the background.

"You have something on your mind," Abaddon said as Sona's gaze drifted off to the water for the third time during their dinner.

"It's nothing," Sona said quickly as if having been caught doing something wrong. "This moment is the only thing that's on my mind."

Abaddon smiled amusedly, "How about the truth this time?" He asked, placing his hand over Sona's.

The girl looked to the side, allowing the candlelight to illuminate her rosy cheek and the faint hickey near her ear that was unable to be hidden by the high collar of her turtleneck. "Do you," She said, pulling a few stray strands of her hair behind her ear, "remember what you said last night?"

"Every single moment," Abaddon said, "including when I told you that your first time should be more meaningful even when you were begging for my cock like a thirsty slut."

Her hair whipped around as she turned to face him with an annoyed expression, but her embarrassed eyes and the blush on her face gave her away. She didn't need to say anything for Abaddon to understand her thoughts.

"Yes, I have everything planned," Abaddon said. "You'll love it, promise."

"I may have spent a while in the human world, Abaddon," Sona said with a knowing expression in her eyes, "but I'm not as gullible as Rias that I will just believe the word of a devil, especially because it's you."

"Dammit," Abaddon didn't seem disappointed in the slightest, "you're becoming observant."

"I've always been observant, okay," Sona snapped playfully. "You just have a habit of distracting me …" A thoughtful look crossed her eyes as she spoke the words. As if grasping onto a lifeline, her eyes widened as if recalling something, "Don't change the subject!" She said. "What do you have planned?"

"Get that accusatory look away from your pretty eyes," Abaddon scoffed.

"Tell me," Sona was stubborn, "I am not some easy devil that you can just get with a single romantic date."

"We've gone on multiple dates, for one," Abaddon said. "And I recall someone begging me to fuck her in the middle of —" Sona's hands clasped over Abaddon's mouth.

"Shut it," She said blankly, suppressing her embarrassment, "What comes after our date?" She asked, freeing Abaddon's mouth.

"Fine," Abaddon sighed, "The basement of my house."

"In that dungeon —" Sona started, only to be interrupted by Abaddon. "— not in that dungeon," He said, "The room is prepared, alongside the surprise."

Sona recalled that there were two basement floors in Abaddon's house — The sex dungeon and the training area. Then another little piece of information came to her mind, making her widen her eyes, "Abaddon if Rias is the surprise —" She couldn't finish due to Abaddon's finger pressing on her lips.
