Chapter 26: Slug!
Chapter 26: Slug!
“I knew it couldn’t be a mere coincidence. If we wanted to avoid it, it would be a piece of cake!”
“And the trajectory of this unidentified planet clearly has intent!”
Mu Chuan's face was grim as he looked at the images inside the spaceship. If he were on a planet, he could easily destroy the threat.
But in outer space, he was at a disadvantage.
At this moment, he wished he had the abilities of the Frost Demon Clan, which would allow him to survive in the vacuum of space.
That would be the best means of survival in the cosmos.
Seeing the imminent danger, he couldn’t just sit and wait. Quickly donning his spacesuit, he opened the spaceship’s hatch.
A fierce gust of wind hit him.
Even with his battle power exceeding one million, he found it hard to keep his footing.
Then, he gathered a terrifying amount of energy for a powerful Ki blast.
He didn’t hold back; this was his first full-power attack. However, in the vacuum of space, his attack wasn’t as forceful as he expected.
The Ki blast shot out from the spaceship and struck the unidentified planet.
A dazzling light flashed.
The planet’s surface shed a layer.
But it only reduced slightly in size, or rather, it just became a bit smaller. For a planet, it wasn’t much damage.
The speed, in fact, increased!
“Damn it, what the hell is this?”
“Why can’t I destroy it?”
Mu Chuan was perplexed. Even someone with a few thousand battle power could easily destroy a planet.
Yet, he had over a million battle power, and his full-force Ki blast only peeled off a layer of the unidentified planet!
This was too bizarre.
He refused to believe it and fired another terrifying Ki blast.
But to his surprise, the unidentified planet shifted its trajectory slightly, clearly dodging his Ki blast.
This reinforced his belief…
This unidentified planet was definitely problematic.
As he suspected, at the core of the unidentified planet lay a massive spaceship.
Inside the spaceship were numerous aliens.
These aliens wore uniform outfits but were mere cannon fodder.
The most noteworthy figure sat at the very center of the spaceship, a massive, incredibly old figure.
An aura of decay surrounded him.
At this moment, the ancient figure slowly turned around.
Slug!
A super Namekian, much like Piccolo.
Similarly, when Namek faced an unprecedented disaster, he was sent to another planet but developed an evil heart.
He became a thorough demon.
His style was demonic, but as he aged, he lost much of his power, preventing him from dominating the universe.
However, as he grew older, a sense of panic set in… which prompted him to head for Namek.
He was searching for the Dragon Balls to restore his youth and regain his peak combat power!
But, unfortunately, he encountered Mu Chuan on his journey.
After seeing Mu Chuan’s display of a Ki blast, he immediately understood that the guy opposite him was not simple!
Although not comparable to him...
In the universe, possessing such terrifying combat power was already quite impressive.
Slug slowly said, “I didn’t expect to encounter such a capable fighter on my journey. His combat power is definitely in the millions.”
“If I can recruit him as a subordinate, it would be like adding wings to a tiger!”
The first time he saw Mu Chuan, he wanted to recruit him as a subordinate. After all, he was once a dominant king in the universe, only losing power due to his age.
Otherwise, ordinary people wouldn’t catch his eye.
With this thought in mind, he instructed Kakuja beside him, “Force him to land on the nearest planet. I want to have a good talk with him.”
During space travel, even he didn’t dare to act recklessly since surviving in a vacuum was impossible.
Only on a planet could they move freely.
Then...
They forced Mu Chuan’s spaceship to land.
Initially, Mu Chuan was extremely distressed, knowing the other party was definitely targeting him, but it wasn’t easy to fight in space.
As he grew more anxious, the other party seemed to be forcing him to land on the nearest planet, which made him unexpectedly relieved!
Although he didn’t know who they were or what they wanted,
it suited him just fine...
Not everyone could be a monster like Frieza, right?
At least his combat power now exceeded 1 million, and it kept rising. Soon, his base combat power might reach 2 million.
If he could master controlling Ki, becoming a Super Saiyan would be within reach.
This was why he wanted to reach Earth as soon as possible. Even if he couldn’t train on his own, he believed he could gain Ki control through the sign-in system.
Moreover, Earth held many undiscovered treasures, which would allow the sign-in system to truly shine, rather than just increasing his combat power slowly.
When the spaceship landed on the nearest planet, the place didn’t seem desolate but didn’t look like a civilized planet either.
There were vast water bodies with just a few rock-like land masses, almost negligible.
Upon landing,
Mu Chuan quickly removed his spacesuit and stepped out.
“I’ll see what this meteorite really is that dares block my way!”
The meteorite also landed on the planet. Initially, it looked like a meteorite, but as it landed, the surrounding rocks fell off,
revealing a massive spaceship.
As the spaceship’s door opened, rows of aliens marched out, followed by some oddly shaped creatures.
Seeing these creatures, Mu Chuan’s expression showed a hint of surprise. Their faces seemed so familiar.
As a transmigrator...
His memory was intact, and he felt he had guessed their identities.
When the massive figure appeared, with an aura of decay, standing at the spaceship’s door,
he was certain!
Isn’t this Slug?
