Destroying My Own World

Chapter 102: If that doesn't kill him, someone else will.

Everyone gathered in Luciel's palace, and it made Zherlthsh, Vixelleth, and Glasya worried about Luciel. They wanted to bring Luciel back, especially Beldathiel since those two were the only sisters they loved the most.

"So? Did you find where the other sisters' whereabouts?" Aurea asked as she carefully and gently sharpened her sword.

"Frigna, Nefarath, and Nephilim. I know where those three are, and we are going to find them next," Mykel answered as he loosened up his tie. "For Luciel, Beldathiel, Deviatris, and Sapphira, their locations are still unknown," Mykel added as he looked at Zherlthsh and her sisters.

"What about Lilith?" Glasya asked.

"She's no longer your sister. Just like Lucifer and all the Constellations, she has become a real entity. It's better for you to not fight her if you met her accidentally," Mykel answered, but his answer made them confused. "With your current power, you all will struggle to fight all the Dukes of Hell, and Kiersha has experienced it," Mykel continued and looked at Frigna.

Zherlthsh and the others looked at Kiersha and asked her questions about what happened. Kiersha told them that she had to use everything she got to fight Gemory and that she would lose if it wasn't for Amaryllis to warn her. She was lucky that Gemory didn't take the fight seriously and ended up costing her life.

"But we know Lilith, and she won't be a problem since we know about her powers, and we can take her back with Amaryllis' power," Glasya said as she looked at Mykel.

"No. The Lilith that you know is no longer there. We can try to bring Lilith back to our side, but it won't be that easy since all we know is that she lives in the center of hell," Mykel answered.

"You can say and think whatever you want, but the real Lilith is someone you don't want to mess with," Rozan added as he stared blankly at the red carpet below his feet. "The real Lilith isn't a demon princess or Satan's daughter. Her existence is as powerful as Lucifer himself because she's the Queen of Hell," Rozan continued and looked at the demon princesses in front of him.

Rozan had learned a lot about demonology, and he was surprised at how different the demons were compared to the ones that Mykel had created. Their existence was more complicated and more powerful than the one that he knew.

"She's only loyal to Lucifer, even angels don't want to mess with her," Rozan said with his eyebrows raised. He then started to chuckle and added, "Shit, we haven't even talked about the existence of angels. They're more terrifying than the demons."

"Angels are our least problem right now. What's important right now is for us to get all of the demon princesses back while Lucifer is busy with what's happening out there," Mykel said.

They looked at Mykel and remembered the three-eyed demon that he had let go. Rozan and the others wondered what was happening out there while Jeanne and the ladies had no idea what Mykel was talking about.

"We don't have much time, so I'll make it quick about what I got from Eligos," Mykel said. "As you saw back then, Eligos isn't a demon, she's a fallen angel, a different being from demons and angels. Most of the powerful Dukes of Hell are fallen angels, and all the Princes of Hell are fallen angels. With that information, I got a glimpse of The Lord and his power," Mykel continued.

Mykel explained to them that the worlds that they had explored were the outer layer of hell, the first layer of hell called Limbo. A place for beings that didn't know The Lord's existence, and they were punished because of it.

The first layer was the biggest one, and only a few Dukes of Hell resided in that place. With that being said, the deeper they went, the more powerful the opponents were, but that shouldn't be a problem. The problem was to reach the second layer which required them to defeat all the Dukes of Hell on the first layer. There was no other way, and it would take a while if they did it one by one.

"So you want to split the team?" Aurea asked.

"Yes, and I'll let Elena become the leader of the second team. The second team will be all of you, ladies, including Amaryllis because I want to play it carefully and make sure none of you are in danger," Mykel answered.

"You'll be fine on your own?" Jeanne asked. "I'm not implying that Rozan and the others aren't competent, but if something happened to you, what would happen to us?" Jeanne added.

"That's not a problem at all. You must have heard about Amaryllis and her reason to have her own body, right? Even if I die or something bad happens to me, as long as she's alive, I'll be fine," Mykel answered. "Also, even though she has her own body, I can still use the system through me. I don't need her physical body, and I can still do anything," Mykel pointed out as he looked at Jeanne.

Nobody complained about Mykel's plan because they had been following Elena longer than Mykel. Although they followed Elena for a hundred years, she still made mistakes, and they all had to work with her to achieve everything. They had known her long enough to be comfortable being led by her, and she was more than qualified to be their leader.

"About The Lord. What do you get from Eligos?" Jeanne asked as she looked at Mykel.

Mykel smiled when he remembered what Eligos had said to him, and it made everyone curious.

"It's too early to say. I only got a puzzle piece, and I'll need more of them to find be able to get the big picture," Mykel answered and didn't want to tell them what he knew. "Anyway, we should leave now and go to Poland. We are going to take Nephilim back as fast as we could," Mykel stood up and fixed his gloves.

They all stood up and nodded their heads with understanding. Mykel then warped them all into the portal in Poland to find the way to the first layer of hell.

Elena was confused at first, but then she realized when she saw the three-eyed demon in the far distance. She then flew up high into the sky with Amaryllis following her from behind. They were flying at the speed of light that nobody could see them flying, or any camera or satellite.

"What's happening to that thing?" Elena asked as she looked down at the demon screaming and ripping his chest. "Is there someone that powerful enough to kill that demon?" Elena added as she looked around the ground, but all she could see were dead bodies scattering on the ground.

"Looks like that's not the case. There are six thousand Awakeners that are dead and at least a hundred thousand humans as well," Amaryllis answered as she looked around and scanned the whole area. "But, there are a few people trapped inside the ground and one inside the demon," Amaryllis added.

They both watched inside the thick cloud to avoid being spotted and saw the demon rampaging, adding more bodies to the count. It was impossible for them to kill that demon because he was out of their league. Suddenly they saw the demon rip his chest and grabbed something inside his body.

"I found you, little rat!" The demon said as he clenched his thumb and index fingers together with Sasha in between them. "Now you can't run away from me, and I'm going to let you feel what I have felt," he continued as he tightened his fingers.

Sasha could feel the pressure from her chest down below her feet. She couldn't feel pain, so she had no idea that she was basically being crushed by two mountains.

"Is that all you have? I want you to do more than that," Sasha said as she stared the demon in the eye. "I would really appreciate it if you can kill me," Sasha continued.

The demon was surprised that she wasn't in pain at all, and it seemed that he couldn't hurt her no matter how hard he tried. He had enough of it and decided to lift his hand high into the sky until it was hard for Sasha to breathe.

"Oh, that's her," Elena said as she looked at Sasha went all the way up beyond the troposphere.

"Are you not going to safe her?" Amaryllis asked as she looked at Elena with her head tilted.

"For some reason, I think she might survive whatever that thing is planning to do. She was brought back to life for a reason, so if she dies because of this, that's just plain stupid, right?" Elena replied and looked at Amaryllis over her shoulder.

The demon suddenly swung his arm down as fast as he could, and when it reached the peak of momentum, he threw Sasha back down to the ground. It surprised both Elena and Amaryllis and then they both looked down and saw a giant crater with at least a kilometers radius from throwing Sasha to the ground.

Sasha couldn't move her body, and she could barely stay awake after that. She then heard footsteps coming from behind her, and when she slowly lifted her head, she saw Elena standing next to her and staring down at her.

"Mykel doesn't have a sister... who are you?" Sasha asked weakly.

Elena went down to her knees and looked at Sasha, "I'm his daughter."

Sasha was shocked, but she could see Mykel's eyes and face on Elena which was uncanny.

"Looks like I was sent by my dad to protect you. And I believe he gave me this so I can give it to you," Elena said as she slowly removed Mykel's suit and put it on Sasha. "I'll take it from here. You can rest now," Elena continued as she stood up.

"It's impossible. That thing cannot be killed. I tried to rip his heart out, but it kept regenerating back," Sasha said as she tried to get up.

"Well, if that doesn't kill him, someone else will," Elena replied as she walked toward the demon. "And I'm that someone," Elena smirked as she looked back at Sasha.
