Chapter 10: Chapter 10
"Wow, you did a number to my place," I said while opening the door to my house, and looking at all of the damage Lex had caused to my apartment. The bold man instantly froze seeing me walking through the door. Lex Luthor had an anger problem, leading to him lashing out at times. So of course he had lashed out, taking his anger on everything here.
"So, do you think my game stats would be saved? I spent thousands on NBA and FIFA. It looks like we have a problem. Should I throw you to hell, slam you in the head, and destroy that intelligence of yours you take great pride in or what." I asked while taking a seat, Luthor didn't move. What could he do right now?
"Go on, start cleaning up... and yes, I want you to fight back," I said with a grin. I didn't know why, but something about this guy bugged me. What business did he have thinking he was better than me? I could see it in his eyes, that ego of his which made him believe he was at the top of the world.
"Things don't need to go that far," Batman said showing up from the shadows, I almost jumped not knowing when this guy was in my house. I knew he had pretty much reached the peak of stealth, but when did he get here? Now I would be looking over my shoulders every day.
"What do you mean it doesn't need to go that far? He made the mess, he would clean it up." I said coldly.
"I'm not talking about that... you can't just throw everyone to hell," Batman said seriously, to which I raised an eyebrow.
"It's not like I'm killing them. Plus, they would go there sooner or later, what's now or tomorrow?" I asked with a smirk, to which Batman frowned deeply. I turned away from him and looked at the door where many members of the Justice League arrived.
"Isn't this guy your enemy? It's just embarrassing to have to be saved by your own enemy. First, they hold back, and now they don't see you as a danger that needs to be killed at all costs. Personally, I would be questioning my life. I wouldn't take this level of disrespect." I said with a laugh. Lex Luthor truly made me laugh.
"Lex you're like a middle school bully facing off against high schoolers. You think you're all that, but you man... you're a clown... but seriously, start cleaning." I was laughing at first, but at the end, my eyes grew sharp, sending a chill down Luthor's spine. Why? Simple really, I was glaring upon his soul at this very instant, and that was what I was intimidating.
"I refuse." Lex Luthor said coldly, but the next moment, my tail slapped him hard across the face, and all his teeth mixed with blood went flying across the room. Instantly the members of the Justice League wanted to move, but they found themselves unable to move in the slightest.
"Are you sure about that?" I asked with a smirk,
"You're treating this like a battle. As long as I can't get you to clean my room, you think you've won… it's childish, but I'll play your game. I have nothing better to do right now because of your actions." I said with a sneer and Lex shot me a glare filled with defiance, refusing to back down. He removed his blood while spitting out the remaining destroyed teeth in his mouth,
I shrugged before casting a spell... I pretty much ordered the universe to do what I wished, and it did it. What followed was hands reaching out from hell and grabbing onto Luthor, causing him to scream in pain as these hands were not normal. They were burning hot, and they didn't simply burn his flesh, but also his soul.
Superman along with everyone else eyes widened in shock as they realized whose hands they belonged to. It was Tommy's parents.
"Please, save us." Tommy's mother cried out, just for Luthor to kick her face, trying to escape her. But She held on tightly, why would she let go? This was her chance to escape the endless torture and suffering.
Joined by her husband, they pulled on Luthor, and Luthor struggled with all his might, but he was being pulled down. He screamed towards Superman of all people to save him, which caused me to laugh at how funny this guy was.
"I will clean your room, stop this!" Luthor cried in pain, the leg that entered hell bringing him unimaginable pain. Superman struggled to try and move, enemies they might be, Superman believed no one should endure this.
"Time flows differently in hell, those two were just gone for a few days, but down there hundreds of years had already passed. I'm sure after you make friends with some demons for a few hundred years, that ego of yours will calm down. Who knows, you're a genius, so you could trick them to move you up the the more friendly levels of hell, unlike the deepest level I'm throwing you into right now." I said lightly,
"I will clean your room!" Luthor said the pain growing worse, the pain of your soul burning wasn't something a human could put into words. Getting kicked in the balls was something that would be far more enjoyable. After all, the soul was something normal humans couldn't even feel. What would happen if that said things suddenly overload your senses with the feeling of burning?
To make it worse, the worse your sins, the greater that burning was. Luthor was a heavy sinner, the sins of Pride, Greed, Envy, and Wrath were like fuel to the pain.
"Then get cleaning," I said while pulling him out of the two reach, and with a badly burnt leg, and with a mouth that was bleeding, he got to cleaning my room.
"Smart my ass," I said with disdain, before turning my attention towards the Justice League, whose voices couldn't be heard thanks to the barrier I put up.
"Last I checked, I didn't welcome you all into my house... leave," With that one word, they had no choice but to leave. Even Superman left, although he kept a close eye on the house, ready to move in if needed... but Superman would be lying if a part of him didn't enjoy seeing Luthor work.
"After all this, I need you to go ahead and replace everything you destroyed... in fact improve them. Build one's years above their time, make the TV capable of improving the animation of things I'm watching, and since I'm such a nice guy, that would be all. You have 1 month to replace it all, or else I will ensure your time in hell is going to be far worse than Hitler... well, I don't know if Hitler is having a good time down there, but you get the point." I said with a gentle smile, before getting up and leaving the prideful man to angrily clean my room... yet he could do nothing about it.
"Oh, Wonder Woman the demi-god. Such a Mighty warrior with unmatched potential." I said with a smile seeing Wonder Woman standing in front of me. Her pride as an Amazonian refused to let her coward before me, and walk all over her.
"You're everything I stand against." Wonder Woman said coldly, unlike the other heroes, Wonder Woman was unique for she was... well, she had blood on her hands. But She wasn't a ruthless killer, for she only killed when pushed.
"What do you stand against?" I asked curious,
"You abuse your power for your own benefit, to go around bringing forth a fate worse than death upon others not understanding just how cruel that is. You do what you want because you're strong, instead of putting that power to good use or just stopping using it all together, you rather do what?" She asked coldly,
"You stand tall today as the strongest, but there is always going to be someone stronger and better... I want to know how you would react if they gave you a similar fate." She said to which I paused for a second, as she did have a point. Who knows, maybe tomorrow Rob might wake up and decide to take away these stuff. I fully understood that this power wasn't my own... but I didn't care, I would enjoy living while I could.
"You seem to be misunderstanding something. Have I ever bothered someone who didn't bother me in some way shape or form?" I asked with a smile.
"The president." Green Lantern said, causing me to shake my head.
"I don't need to see into the future to know he wouldn't bother me. All I do is sit at home every day watching anime and playing games while eating a sea of unhealthy food. With everything I could do, I only lash out at those I judge deserve it." I said calmly.
"I threw those two to hell because I was so angry, that was the only place I wanted them to go. I will do what I want... if anything, shouldn't you point that sword at your daddy? The last time I checked, compared to him, what I have done is nothing. Am I wrong?" I asked to which Wonder Woman had no choice but to pause at those words.
Indeed, her father was someone she felt ashamed to be related to... but like everyone, Zeus seemed to have this unique power that made everyone ignore the fact he was pretty much a villain. Even Wonder Woman was under this effect, anyone and everyone always acknowledged the fact what he did was wrong, but at the end of the day, they would go on with their day, respecting the god of justice. Instead, everyone points towards Hades as the villain, the guy who rather not spread chaos and death across the world as it would only increase his work... yes, I was taught about Greek gods in school.
{A/N: I find it weird how in both DC and the real world, almost every storyteller overlooks the fact Zeus is a rapist, tortured the guy who tried to give humans fire, a child abuser... and what else... oh yeah, a cheater who barely goes the mile to protect the woman he rapes from his wife. Didn't he also eat his first wife who was pregnant at the time? I find it weird that we all know this, yet how many of us hate him or see him as a bad guy?}
