This is also the reason as to why there are a lot of forests and trees in the surroundings. This was due to the decline of the population which made more lands become barren. This was also the reason as to why technology hasn't gone that far.

Ivan also intervened in the development of the technology. One of those was that he decided to ban the usage of guns and other technological equipment that does not rely completely on the strength of the user. He had already seen in the future that due to the improvements of weapons and technology humans would get so used to it that they would not even like to move. Some of them even use technology just to brush their teeth or put their socks on which made him really worried that it would cause the laziness of humanity.

Thus, no one had seen them flying in the sky even though Keiji was flying slowly. 

He went directly inside his room after landing on the balcony, he opened the door towards his room without putting Mia down who was still unconscious and was in deep sleep. He walked towards the bed and put her down slowly. Wind blew through the room as the curtains were swept away by its force. Keiji went towards the open window and closed it with the curtain.

Then after that, he went beside Mia as he saw that she was getting cold from the temperature of his room. Vladimir had a habit of sleeping in a very extremely harsh environment like sleeping under the sea or even sleeping on ice. His room was already modified to suit his needs and this was due to Chris taking care of him. Chris had already prepared it from the very start so that he wouldn't be disappointed.

He picked up the thicc blanket and placed it on top of her then after that he went and opened up the drawer as he looked where the remote control of the air conditioner was. He picked up a white-colored remote and used it to turn off the cooler and it became a heater instead. 

After doing so he went outside and after closing the door his expression which seemed soft at first instantly became emotionless. He stepped out of his penthouse as smoke raised all over his body and his clothes, which were somewhat tattered, were fixed. He then went inside the elevator before pressing the button that had a letter g on it.

Ding! 

The sound of the elevator resounded as the mechanical door opened. Beautiful female workers can be seen in the lobby after Vladimir exited the elevator and as he was walking towards the main entrance and exit of the building some female employees started whispering. 

"I didn't know we had someone that handsome in this building," A female worker said towards her colleague.

"I also don't," replied her colleague. 

"Maybe he's the one who bought the most expensive penthouse here," the female worker said as she looked at Vladimir more closely. This was also the first time she saw Vladimir as Vladimir was only going towards the parking lot which was below the lobby and he didn't even bother to go towards the lobby. 

"Oh, right, but doesn't it mean he was a rich man," her colleague mumbled but it was enough for her to hear. 

"Of course, but such a rich handsome man, I wish I could be his wife."

"You won't get the chance, there are already countless beautiful prostitutes out there and also beautiful rich women. Why would he even pick you?" her colleague said teasingly.

"hmph! It's not like you also have a chance," she said as she turned back and continued going on her way.

"Yo-you… Hey, wait…" she was stunned as she couldn't retort her colleague's tease, she just shook her head helplessly before she looked back to the place where Vladimir was before. But not even his shadow could be seen, she looked around more but it was useless so she just let it go and went back on doing her own work.

Vladimir was now outside walking on the dark road before going inside the forest as his figure disappeared. He flew up in the sky and sped up towards the direction where the old man Han Shin was. He was planning to save him or to be exact, he was planning on getting him to be his guinea pig to experiment about cultivation. 

Although he was so strong to the point where he could kill everyone on earth even if they join hands with each other. But that was only because his body was so strong due to compressing his cells and blood. Every muscle on his body has also transformed due to his continuous compression of every single cell on his body. At first, it became so hard that nothing could move it until he continued his training and compressing his cell to the point that it became so soft. 

The group that previously engaged in a fight with Keiji was able to live and escape as Keiji was dragged by Mia when they started running because of the reinforcement that came. He could sense their presence in the far distance and he did not worry about anyone escaping his detection. Even Ivan who was known as the strongest entity on earth was not able to escape his detection. How about those who were considered weak in front of Ivan.

Although he and Ivan did not really fight each other the result would undeniably go within his favor. He chased after them and saw that they were still running towards their base. They followed the instructions of their superior before which is why they were now running back. They didn't have a clue on what happened but they kinda guessed that the reinforcements that helped them were having a hard time dealing with Keiji because as they instructed before they just needed to wait for them for 30 minutes if not they can go without them. And it also means that they have encountered something they didn't expect. They choose to run after 30 minutes have passed and they have also recovered from their previous injury. They did not delay any further as they started to return to their base; they also brought Han Shin's body with them as they traveled back. 

"What do you think happened to them?" one of the groups asked his companion as they strode through the forest.

"I don't know but I am sure that they would return safely," his companion replied as it continued running on the ground. They did not stop as they were following their leader's orders. 

"How can you be so sure?" He asked curiously when he saw his companion's expression that was overly confident with his guess.

"Of course they would, I heard from earlier when the leader was talking to the higher-ups they said that they send the best team in the low-level realm that can even capture those in the mid-level realm," he said confidently but even though they were talking it did not hinder their movements and was still able to keep up with their current speed.

"Mid-level realm? Why would they send out someone that can capture a mid-level realm into someone we can face?" His companion didn't believe him at all as he treated it as a joke. It would be impossible for them to even be able to engage in battle with someone above the mid-level realm. This is why he was sure that the organization would not send a reinforcement at that level. 

When he saw his reaction he was a little irritated as he did not believe him.

"Hey! Wait!" he called out to him as he kept up with his pace."Do you think I am lying?"

His companion didn't bother anymore and instead ran straight forward and continued to follow the suit of their leader.

"Hey… tsk..tsk.." when he saw his reaction he couldn't help but give up as he knew that no matter how he explained it seems that his companion would never believe in him.

The leader of the group who was carrying Han Shin as he continued his descent heard this and couldn't help but shake his head. He also let his guard down a little bit after he heard what the higher-ups had said, he wouldn't even fathom that the reinforcement would be defeated when he heard their rank. But what he couldn't think of was that why would they send someone at that level even though they are still alive after facing their enemies which made it that they are only a level above and not an entirety of it.
