Weekly Chapter 2/3
She didn’t know why. But she wanted this man near her.
She did not plan to fulfil her parents’ whims, but to do what she wanted.
She chose to keep hoping for Yoongyo’s recovery.
A man who had always lived such a cold life that he did not even feel loneliness.
She was worried because Yoongyo was different from her. A man who lived within walls that no one could overcome. Though he remained beyond her grasp, Jumi experienced a peculiar feeling each time she sensed she was getting nearer to him.
Maybe she was dragged into his castle.
Jumi, tapping her finger on the paper cup, bumped into the men leaving the hospital room. She bowed politely. Cheolju did the same.
She entered the quiet hospital room. He was lying in bed.
“The doctor is expected to visit you later.”
“There is no need for him to do so.”
“Yes. And the President asked about your condition. Maybe he’ll come tomorrow.”
“Say no more. Go out.”
“Rest then.”
Cheolju returned to his post, guarding this room like a robot. All the Woosung members had decided to obey their superiors.
Yoongyo wrinkled his nose at the scent of sweet milk. He despised sweet foods and refused the piece of peach she offered. He preferred the taste of bitter coffee and strong black tea.
“Why don’t you like sweets?”
“Are you intending to ask many questions?”
“If you’re feeling exhausted, I won’t ask you anything else.”
She questioned whether he was really sick because his lips were so red.
“Place your leg here.”
“I am comfortable in my position. But I will do it.”
Jumi, who lay next to him, put her leg over him.
She did not think it was appropriate to do this in a hospital bed.
“Have you calmed your h#l# in my absence?”
Suddenly, the hand that touched her b#tt#m crawled like a spider to her waist. Although he had the same body temperature, his warmth was slightly different. His eyes carried a presence similar to that of a lion. Even after he said such lewd words, his expression didn’t change at all. However, it aligned well with his character.
“You’re obsc#ne.”
“I think you like it.”
“Why would you say that now that my belly has grown?”
“The baby will enjoy it if we have some delightful int#m#cy.”
She felt her ears prickle.
His hand, which had been around her waist, moved to her lower abdomen. She couldn’t get used to him touching her body.
“Is this in the books?”
“Never mind the books.”
His hand, which had rested on her abdomen, moved up to her br#ast. He pulled up her br# with ease, then st#m#lated her n#ppl#s. It was a provocation.
“Don’t. This is a hospital.”
“Why worry?”
There was no stopping him, so he pulled Jumi’s knitwear off. She looked urgently towards the door. Cheolju and Gwangmyeong, guarded the door.
“They’re outside.”
