A Loli’s Space Odyssey

In the time frame of 24 hours various pods were scattered on Eleanors blind spots. Meaning through places where they wouldn't get shot down. And the breeder army quickly assembled. Of course they didn't land near the Grand Palace. They landed near another major fortress city. And Kizuna was well aware of that while preparing to face the breeders.

 

The tactic of their invasion was a shrewd but simple one. Team A would launch a full assault on the enemy, distracting it. Afterwards, from the polar opposite direction, the main force would come in for the kill. The display of breeders was breathtaking. 

 

They even had cavalry units. Of course, they weren't riding horses. They were riding creatures that resembled komodo dragons, except they were the size of a cow.

 

The main army was divided into 3 major regiments. The purple dragon regiment lead by a muscular breeder named Triton, the red golem regiment led by a skinny breeder with various cybernetic implants named Elrod, and the blue fish regiment led by a flat chested breeder woman named Trish.

 

And of course many other renowned warriors and generals. In the back of the formation, on a big hovering platform with a large canopy for protection against the sun, sat the Breeder Queen herself on a golden throne. She was protected by 2 fierce breeders, although as she sat right now, it's more like she was taking a nap.

 

"Haha! It's soon time to charge in. The decoy unit has probably started the fight by now."

 

Unknown to the breeders however, one of Lisa's flies was observing them from high in the sky.

 

"Wow. So that's the famous breeder army? It's not exaggerated at all. Their numbers are several times ours."(Lisa)

 

"Yeah, looks like they really are going to be aggressive. But I've done everything in my power to prepare for them. I won't engage myself just yet as my PA has to recover and there's still one more flash I have to make."

 

In that moment Molly came running to me. There were heavy bags under her eyes and her hair was a mess.

 

"Ojou-sama… that thing is ready, however…" (Molly)

 

"Just say it openly, Molly."

 

"Alright. Without an actual DNA sample from the queen, this is all just theory. I synthesized it, but the bond rate is not 100%. With virtual data only the bond rate is only 65% at best."

 

"It's more than half, so it will have to work."

 

Molly handed me a syringe with a blue substance inside it. This is going to be a last resort weapon. 

 

"Lisa, I am going to need your help on this one."

 

I prepared 2 sets of googles. Think of them like VR gear. With this, me and Lisa could see everything on the battlefield thanks to cameras.

 

"Hahaha! As expected of ojou-sama. In this short amount of time to create such machines… my own drones could learn a thing or two."

 

As Osa said, the army is newly established and I can't expect them to perform like an experienced force as the breeders. So that's why I used everything in my power to create various military vehicles overnight. Tanks, jeeps with laser guns, spider crawlers and small egg-like drones fully armed. And all of them didn't require an actual pilot. Me and Lisa could operate everything from a distance.

 

"Ojou-sama." (Stella)

 

A message on my communicator echoed in my ear.

 

"What is it, Stella?"

 

"Reporting in. It's as the coded message said. The fortress is being attacked from the front first by a smaller group. No less than 10 thousand breeders." (Stella)

 

Okay. At this point I know what you all are thinking. It's a sci fi world in the future. So why don't I fucking nuke them? Technically speaking I could do that. But there are several problems with that.

 

The radiation level would affect the soil and given our current position it might cause a catastrophic earthquake. There's also my rule that's at stake here. What would the people think about a new ruler that doesn't give a fuck about the land and resorts to nuclear weapons?

 

Honestly… this wasn't my call. It was Rose's. And I truly am grateful that she pointed this out. Honestly my girls are very capable by themselves. It's only because of roleplay that I somehow end up lucky and turn out like some great leader. But that's not who I am. Why do you think I want Osa so bad on my side? So I can be a lazy ruler.

 

"I guess it's time for the show. First… a formal warning."

A holographic image displayed Kizuna's figure on a large scale and speakers carried her voice across the desolate land.

 

"Breeders. Mark my words. Stop your advance. You are currently deep inside my territory. Advance any further and I will treat it as a full fledged war declaration.

 

War means loss of lives. So I would rather avoid it. If you wish to enter negotiations I will allow it."

 

"Huh? What else is there to negotiate? Are you blind and can't see our vast army? We didn't come here to chat with a child."

 

Kizuna's holographic figure took a deep sight.

 

"Yare yare. If war is your answer then I don't need to be polite anymore. Feast your eyes upon the destruction that awaits you."

 

Then, Kizuna held her hands towards the heavens and slowly closed her eyes.

 

It only took one minute. Suddenly, the breeder's eyesight became surrounded by a large shadow.

 

"What? A shadow in the sky?"

 

While it is true that Kizuna can not use nuclear weapons, that doesn't mean she can't use something similar. A huge object was floating above and it started emitting a bright light.

 

"What’s that!?"

 

"“Meteor Strike”…!" (Kizuna)

 

On that moment… that huge object was turning in the direction of the mass of breeders in the ground… team A to be more precise.

 

"This is a small meteorite with a radius of only ten meters, but the energy that overflows that thing is enormous and if it falls at a high speed it will be catastrophic. This is my gift to you shit heads."(Kizuna)

 

The meteorite emitting large amounts of energy collided with the large army of supposingly decoy units marching in an inverted triangle.

 

In a second, a loud roar came from the ground!! A massive explosion erupted in huge flames!!

 

That attack had a tremendous amount of firepower, because when it hit the ground, the surrounding land was transformed in a fiery hell.

 

"I adjusted the collision of the meteorite. However, the falling speed increased, making the meteorite disintegrate from the explosion caused by the collision with the earth’s surface. At least a radius of one-kilometer from the collision point became a burning field. This also caused minimal damage and nobody can retort to my bombing." (Kizuna)

 

"Amazing…!!" (Lisa)

 

Team A… was completely whipped out. Fear was etched in the bones of the breeders.
