A Failure's hopeful Journey

Neo Paul and You Xi Wang finished their meal, and the latter left to pack his stuff while the former headed to the training fields to practice and spar with some disciples of You Family. Just as You Xi Wang has earlier, his friends arrived thirty minutes later, and they all were sitting in the family living room of the mansion as they were all treated like family and not guests.

You Xi Wang walked in wearing a buttoned-down white shirt and blue jeans with tan color shin-high boots, he left two buttons at the top of the shirt open and was wearing a thread around his neck from which hung a wooden pendant carved like a crescent moon, his hair was falling diagonally on his forehead. He looked cool.

Fenny Salah stood up from her seat and went over to him and she circled him and scrutinized him from head to toe and screamed loud, shocking everyone, tears formed in her eyes and he said, "My kid Xiwang grew up into Hottie Xi Wang. Lord in the heavens this is unfair, why have you not made this happen before adopting him, oh my god such a candy. I missed my chances, but I am also happy that my son grew up hot." others laughed while You Xi Wang just shook his head with a smile on his face.

"Okay, enough jokes, let's go. We all have to reach the flora sector by the evening and enter the whispering woods by noon tomorrow. We will spend the night in Sahasa town." this was the medic and a trap master of the team, his nature was jovial and he was very helpful to everybody, but do not take him for being naïve, he came from a family which was kind-hearted and gentle though out the ages. This family was blessed by the Crimson Phoenix, they also believed in four ancient great beasts like Your Family.

The Crimson Phoenix was also known as the beast of care and medication, the blood of Crimson Phoenix was rumored to be so potent that it could help create a new body for a resurrected soul, its tears could fix all and any ailments of a person from a missing limb to not able to cultivate, dual physique to broken spirit veins and dantian, it is the most priceless elixir which existed in Metropia. Even the strongest people in the world did not dare to say they owned it, worried that someone might harm them and their family.

Allan Ignis, eldest son of the Ignis family, he was precisely six feet tall, crimson red wavy bob cut hair, chiseled eyebrows of the same color, his golden-red eyes which looked like a flame was burning behind them, slim stature, his thin lips always curled in a gentle smile, a sharp jawline and a goatee sitting on his chin made him look very cool, he could give godly looking You Xi Wang a run for his money.

He spoke again, "Let's get going guys we need to reach Sahasa town before sunset, and we are going to find a ride ourselves and no family cars."

Neo Paul asked, "But why?"

Allan patiently replied, "Survival, we need to get everything ourselves. I am teaming up with Fenny. You three can do what you want. Come, lassie, we are rolling." he candidly asked Fenny to follow him and she followed with a spring in her step and spoke to him, "Bro Allan, can we stop by Krispy's?"

Allan smiled and lead her out of the living hall, nodding to Fenny. He was the ever-dependable big brother on the team, even though he was the same age like others. Only Ushijima Yuki, Neo Paul, and You Xi Wang were left in the hall. You Xi Wang thought for a bit and said, "Yuki want to ride with me on lev-bike?" Ushijima Yuki agreed readily and then he spoke to Neo Paul, "Go find your ride we will meet at Silica City high-track way"

Neo Paul rushed out, and You Xi Wang led Ushijima Yuki to the training fields and looked for his cousin You Liang. The reason was that You Liang used a Lev bike for his commute to various places and in the whole family only he owned a bike. He was twenty years old, jolly nature young man, liked by all in the family, but he had his moments of being dumb. Like when he proposed to a girl on the net and she turned out to be an old woman. When asked why did he fall in love, he said, "She was different and she listened to him." turns out she was just slow to type.

You Xi Wang asked around and after five minutes he found the young man practicing shadow boxing, and he called out, "Big bro Liang."

You Liang turned and stopped his practice and smile, "Xiao Wang, what made you look for me today." he nodded to Ushijima Yuki in as a greeting.

You Xi Wang replied, "Can I borrow your Lev-bike? We need to go out to the flora sector for a training camp. Cars will not have maneuverability in the town. So can I?" he asked politely, with no arrogance of being the family head.

You Liang nodded in approval and said, "Xiao Wang, It is good to be polite to your family, but remember never being too humble to outsiders, okay. Here, take the bike and don't worry about anything, we will hold the fort here for the family okay." everyone treated You Xi Wang with affection after all he was the youngest in the family, and also he was very polite and respectful to his elder cousins in the past.

You Xi Wang carried a rectangular box which looked like a pager, but was a fully touch screen remote key of the lev-bike capable of calling the bike to track the owner with the help of the key and also it helped in the ignition too.

You Xi Wang thanked him again and left with Ushijima Yuki heading towards the parking area. He already paid respects to his grandpas, grannies, and also his aunt. He asked all of them to inform him immediately in case of an emergency or something related to the council and the Mirai group.

He put on a white helmet and also helped Ushijima Yuki by fastening her helmet around her chin. They have all the basic provisions they needed in the space rings, they wore, You Xi Wang also bought his father's long sword 'Purgatory' with him. After Ushijima Yuki sat behind him, he saw You Zhichi waving at him and he waved at her and throttled the bike while shouting behind him, "I'll be back in a few days Chichi takes care and love you." his words made You Zhichi smile as she watched him disappear in the distance. She turned and saw both Emily and Susan pouting, and she teased them, "What is it? Missing him already, or jealous of Yuki?" in a sly tone.

Susan replied, "It is not like that Xiao chi, he said nothing to us." she was dissatisfied by You Xi Wang not saying bye to them, but just as she was talking bout her and Emily's wrist band vibrated and a message popped up which read, "I did not see you but don't worry I'll be back soon and I love you, please take care of yourselves."

They both looked down on the ground and felt guilty for wrongly accusing him, You Zhichi shook her head and said, "Come on, don't sulk now. We got work to do, let's go."

You Xiwang reached Silica City high-track way and saw Allan and Fenny riding on a lev-bike similar to his, and Neo Paul was also revving his lev-bike.

They all nodded and left Silica City to head towards Sahasa town of The Flora Sector.
