Naval Gacha System: It's Time To Monopolize The Seven Seas!

Chapter 216: | 216 | TIMESKIP: Part Four - The Dragon's Pregnant?

The wine of glass tightly held between his fingers slipped and fell to the floor in mere moments. Abraham was entirely frozen, as though he had learned a petrifying discovery. When Charlotte saw his reaction, she couldn't help but lightly chuckle as she took a step back.

"H-How can this be?" He mumbled to himself, unable to believe the information that had escaped the supple lips of the Prime Minister. On the other hand, Charlotte raised her eyebrows, crossing her arms while staring at him with a judgmental gaze.

"You have a gal to say that for someone who's f*cking her every day since the establishment of UWG." She remarked, disappointed by the words of Abraham. "The two of you didn't even use contraceptives, so I don't see why you're so surprised."

"But..." Abraham found himself in a precarious situation, though he realized something crucial. "Wait, how the hell do you even have such an information?" Their time together should be a secret. He made sure of it as their hyperactivity wouldn't do good for their image.

Charlotte avoided his gaze and quietly replied. "Ask her..." She was a bit annoyed as she remembered how she had gotten such intel. 'That damn problem dragon's always complimenting your skills in making her feel beyond satisfied.'

Laplace's pregnancy was an inevitable reality. The moment Abraham understood this simple fact. He stood up with a serious expression plastered on his face. After all, this was an urgent situation, which he must immediately handle.

"Charlotte, where is she?" He questioned the gorgeous lady whose exasperation faded and replaced with a soft smile. Laplace should be in Dawn City, taken care of by the greatest doctors in the United World Government."

Her reply echoed into his ears as a destination formed inside his mind.

"Please prepare a C-130 for me. I need to reach the city in half an hour." Abraham wore his coat and straightened his back. Time was running for him. He needed to be there fast for his wife. "I have already made the preparation, Abraham."

"A plane should be ready for you in the airfield." Charlotte had already arranged the transport of Abraham. She understood how important would it be to be there for their loved ones. Though, from his expression alone, one would have misunderstood the problem dragon to be giving birth.

"Thank you for your assistance, Charlotte. I'll treat you next time." Abraham smiled at the Prime Minister, appreciating her remarkable intelligence in such matters. "I'll take the favor, Abraham. Take care, and please be there for Laplace." She gave him a thumbs up as he swiftly left the office.

After he left, silence consumed the office and home of the Authority. The title was a result of the understanding regarding how much power he held over the United World Government. It wasn't to be underestimated as it was the highest.

"It does make me wonder how it feels." Charlotte touched her abdomen with her imagination running wild inside her mind. She quickly shook her head and calmed herself from such fantasies.

On the other hand, in the southern airfield of the installation. A C-130 was on the runway ready for take off. Its cargo hadn't arrived yet, but it was already throttling its engines forward. The aviation officers glanced in the empty landscape that surrounded the airfield while the plane slowly moved onward.

"The Authority should be here in a minute." One of the aviation officers uttered while glancing at his watch. A silhouette soon emerged from the horizon, heading towards them as a blur. Abraham instantly appeared inside the C-130, dusting off his coat with a smile directed at his personnel.

"Let's take our leave." His control over his power had increased over time. The efficiency and regulation of his ability had advanced leap and bounds, giving him the ability to move without affecting his environment.

The aviation officers quickly nodded and signaled the aviation pilot to begin transport. The pilot softly nodded and pushed the throttle further forward, increasing the speed of the transport aircraft.

It didn't take long for the aircraft to be up in the air, soaring through the skies. Abraham calmly watched through the windows as the Citadel became farther and farther from him. Ever since the establishment of the United World Government, he had been spending most of his time in the tower.

It wasn't because of the luxury that the Citadel provided. Instead, it was the simple fact that he had been given another Naval Task after the creation of the country. The Naval Task was fairly simple. It was to give the United World Government complete autonomy without him directly affecting it.

The moment he gives orders that would affect the country. The Naval Task would be considered as a failure, giving him no chances to get its reward. But one might wonder, was the reward worth it?

Well, the reward wasn't the usual Naval Point, Asset, or Warship. It had more similarities of the training that Systema had given him. It was another Personal-Power, which was according to Systema, much stronger than Superhuman.

Superhuman was already strong enough for him. Although it might not be capable of handling the Apostles or the Sovereigns themselves, it was enough for taking care of the most. But another Personal-Power in his arsenal was always an added benefit for Abraham.

And besides... The inaction of himself and the autonomy he had given to the United World Government brought about an intriguing experience. To be honest, at first, it was difficult to control himself from directly giving an order.

He wanted to guide the country himself, assuring its substantial growth and the advancement of its capabilities to fight against the world that surrounds it. However, it appears that he had underestimated his subordinates.

They were intelligent, skilled, and had the same ideas as him. The moment he declared his inactiveness in the political, social, and military sphere of the United World Government. The personnel inside immediately acted in autonomy from his orders.

"Sir, we are directly above Dawn City. Should we head to the nearby airport?" An aviation officer respectfully asked the Authority of the United World Government. Hearing his words, Abraham calmly shook his head as he had another idea in mind.

"Landing on an airport would take too long. I was just told that my wife is pregnant, so I shouldn't make her dawdle." He smirked at the aviation officers and ordered. "Open the ramp and let me leave." One might think that the aviation officers would immediately reject him.

After all, it would be maddening to jump from an aircraft without applying the protocols and equipping a parachute. However, the one before them was the Authority. They have heard of stories from their fellow colleagues about what he had done in the Naval Battle of Terra.

With this in mind, the aviation officers promptly nodded and opened the ramp of the C-130. The alarms blared out as crimson lights flashed in and out of existence. Abraham stood up from his seat and gazed at the city below them.

The Dawn City was a metropolis born from the Port of Dawn. After Abraham had upgraded it to its third level, a massive city sprung up into the mainland of Crescere. The Dawn City was the most beastfolk-populated city in the United World Government, with 60% of the population being beastfolk.

He wondered how such a thing happened. But regarded it as the reproducing abilities of the Beastfolk being a league of its own. The families of Beastfolks were large with the average consisting of 10 family members.

It made the population of Beastfolks younger, but also easier for the United World Government to educate the values of freedom, respect, and loyalty. Peace had been the usual in Dawn City, especially with Laplace being its Guardian Deity.

That's right. Although met with hesitance, Laplace accepted the title as the Guardian Deity of Dawn. With her around, it was difficult for crime-minded individuals to sprung up even with migration constantly circulating in the city.

There was no hiding with her around.

"It's as beautiful as ever." Abraham muttered to himself gazing at the twinkling skylines of the metropolis. He glanced back at the aviation officers, who merely gave him a nod. He nodded back at them and didn't hesitate to jump from the soaring aircraft.

Meanwhile...

Inside of the Dawn General Hospital, Laplace found herself laying on a soft and comfortable bed, gazing through the balcony of her room. Her medical room was riddled with advanced protection barriers, not with the intention of protecting her, but to assure that the hospital doesn't collapse.

"I can't believe I threw out lava from my mouth..." Laplace shook her head and wryly smiled. The discovery of her pregnancy was somewhat hilarious. While checking the reports of the Special Response Division, she haphazardly threw up lava, spilling them throughout the floor.

Her subordinates quickly noticed the urgent circumstance and assisted her into the hospital. Some even got burnt trying to help her. After all, lava was quite a hot and dangerous substance to vomit all about.

What was even funnier was the simple fact that the doctors giving her a check up needed dozens of protection barriers, guaranteeing that they would be able to keep their lives in the process of understanding her condition. After all, lava wasn't to be underestimated.

Laplace sighed and stared at the windows as the edges of her lips rose. "Took you long enough, Abraham." From the balcony, Abraham stepped inside with raised eyebrows. He wondered why a balcony was in a hospital room, but before inquiring about that, his wife was of utmost importance.

"How does it feel to put a baby in a dragon, My Love?" Laplace softly smiled at the so-called Authority, who felt chills in his spine.
